I recently visited O’Reilly and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. I was assisted by an employee named Cynthia. Initially, she inquired about my needs, and I mentioned that I was looking for windshield blades. While she was gathering information about my car's year and model, she answered a phone call and mistakenly responded to my answer as if I was on the other line, which led to a bit of confusion.
Cynthia's tone became abrasive when clarifying that she wasn't speaking to me while on the phone, which I found quite aggressive and unnecessary. When I asked to see the two types of blades she mentioned—one priced at $39.99 and the other at $34.99—her response was dismissive, leaving me puzzled as I simply wanted to look at the products before deciding.
I decided to purchase the $39.99 blades, but they did not fit my car as they were too loose. I returned to exchange them for the $34.99 option, which also did not fit. Upon attempting to return the mismatched blades, I encountered Cynthia again. Her approach was confrontational; she accused me of breaking the product and spoke in another language to another employee, which made me feel excluded and disrespected.
Furthermore, she stated that they don’t return used products, although I had only purchased the blades 15 minutes prior and had not been able to use them due to the fit issue. Despite explaining this, Cynthia suggested I return the item to a different location, which is inconvenient as this store is closest to my home.
Overall, I am disappointed with the service provided by Cynthia and the inconvenience I experienced. I believe that customer service training and a more accommodating return policy could greatly improve the shopping experience at O’Reilly.

Phone gets answered quick, phone receptionist was very helpful and answered my questions promptly. The manager was also very nice when I stopped by, he welcomed me into the store and helped me get what I needed. The store is also larger than the autozones near it so they have a bigger selection of items. I will definitely be back for any auto needs.

Thank you Alex for the five star service and getting my headlight bulb changed for free! He also gave me good advice of not touching the bulb because it will shorten its lifespan. I will definitely come back if I need to get a headlight bulb next time.

They put your bulb in headlight free if theres a blue moon rising at a certain place near the sun and a unicorn with wings flies by at that certain time.
