I've been a O'Reillys customer for a while, I stopped by their store in East Los Angeles on Cesar Chavez to return a set of brake pads since I bought them a lifetime warranty, yet the staff member wasn't in the mood to help me, I didn't want money back, I just wanted credit or get something else. Yet she insisted that I've already returned the item, I said not I haven't. I am just bringing it back now. She was so unprofessional that she didn't let me explain, I don't understand when an employee brings out the worst of him/hers with a customer. Other staff member wanted to help, but she refused his assistance. To other customers, please be aware, in this location, don't expect any customer service at all. Very disappointing. Going back to other store in the city of Bell, California.

Very bad service, they do not have staff to serve with a wait of more than eight people and a poor way of serving the consumer.

It was great customer service. The only thing is parts you have to sometimes keep going too other stores its not just your stores it's other vendors too. Just to get the parts you looking for. Cause they don't have them.

This location is the closest to me so i always go there and 9/10 times they always have the part in stock and if they dont they tell u the next closest location the only bad thing honestly is the fact they NEVER LIKE I MEAN NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE.. regardless of them having parts mostly in stock it be nice to know before i even drive there and save myself the trip or detour of having to go elsewhere.. people there are friendly and helpful but come on they should get a dedicated person to solely answer the phone if thats the case.. otherwise ide give them 5 stars but the whole phone thing is seriously a bummer.. i understand they are busy but atleast put us on hold like autozone does to give us some type of hope
