Customer service here just keeps getting worse went in for a proper return had my receipt and everything just for Joel to say I can’t find it O’Reilly needs to actually hire people that know what they’re doing not some random guy or at least properly train their personnel

I have went in a couple of occasions at the times it indicates they operate an had to be waiting outside til they open for more than an hour.

You have to make line in order to be attended. And the employee takes a long time to find your part because they don't know where the parts are located. Just wasting your time

Very friendly. The male associate sold me my products and I left satisfied.
Unfortunately, despite reading specs for my make and model, it turned out the windshield wiper was too long.
I came back the following weekend to make the exchange. The sales agent wasn't in. But the young woman who took my call last week was on shift.
She went to my my car with me and measured the true fit. This lovely young woman, so well raised, so professional and knowledgeable replaced the both wipers for me.
I tipped her despite her objections.
I am an elderly woman and that is how we reward good, beyond the expectation customer service.
Although this location is far, far from my home address, this will be my O'REILLY'S from now on.

Old school style, has been a parts store for ages at this location. They still have certification classes here for AC and other automotive things.

Moises is the absolute worst, he didn’t want to price match to local competitor, he took 25 minutes to go “look” for a part and came back saying it wasn’t there, asked if I wanted him to look again… when I got helped by someone else he made it complicated to get manager approval, apparently this clown is a manager, been shopping here for years but as of late service is declining.
