I don't come to this location every time I do I get frustrated the customer service is all over the place mostly talking amongst themselves and not helping the customers and they're rather rude definitely need to retrain customer service

Employees are rude and hang up on your face, or put you on hold for an hour...Managers is a very rude man...go to Autozone for better treatment

After visiting several AutoZones trying to find last-minute tire chains/cables for my particular tire-size, these guys had exactly the one for my car, and even had some other hard-to-find parts that I've been looking for. And it was cheap! AutoZone wanted me to go 3 hours away for $160 chains, O'Reilly had the same for $40.

Jay, who claimed he was the manager, was completely rude towards me. I went in to make a return and when I walked in, I saw him at one register, assuming he was at that register because he was taking change out of it, and another guest on his way out the store. He looks at me and ignores me and walks away to another guest who was waiting by the other register. I didn't care he helped the other guests because she was waiting before me but it's the fact he didn't say anything like "I'll be with you in a moment" or "there's a line over at the other register" or nothing , just ignores me and walks away with the other guest. When he finish with her, he comes to me and ask if I was returning, I said yes but I don't have the receipt on me but have the card and showed him the Afterpay purchase I bought it with and he just kept cutting me off while I was showing him and kept saying "Well there's nothing I can do it about it" over and over in a rude way. So then I leave, find the receipt in my car and come back and he says something smart about it. I tell him he needs help with customer service cause he's hasn't shown any since I've been there and just kept coming back with smart/rude comments.

Pretty bad service I just arrive bc The check engine light turn on, and the lady said sorry we don’t have no one to help you and she was not doing anything
