Jeff and Petros are not only great at their craft, but they are such kind and thoughtful people. The ambience of the salon feels like you’re in a fantasy realm, and as far as I know, the brothers designed the whole place. Jeff is quite the artist. The indoor water fountain is so relaxing and peaceful. It is a pleasure to get my hair colored, cut, and styled by Jeff.

Opyan's is a fantastic salon in Los Feliz worth a visit. Jeff has been my barber for the last few years, and he always does an excellent job. Men's haircuts are reasonably priced, and, although they are cash only (visit the Albertson's across the street and buy something with cash back!), Opyan's is very competitive to others in the area. Support your local barbers and not large corporations! Opyan's has my highest recommendations and I'll be coming for years to come.

Petros took such good care of me!
It was my first time at the salon, and he really made me feel comfortable and listened to what kind of hair cut I had in mind - I was trying something different after a decade of the same hair style. I showed him a few inspiration photos, and he got to work. We chatted the whole time, while he was meticulously yet efficiently cutting away.
The end result was amazing! Such a high quality haircut in a fun and friendly atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back for a trim :)
PS: I recommend calling ahead for an appointment since they get busy, and bring cash.

Got a hair cut from Petros and was thrilled with the results! He really understood what I wanted and provided the perfect cut for my fine hair + gave me some helpful styling tips. I also really liked the interior - it's a really creative and calming atmosphere. I'll absolutely be back for my next hair cut!

I found you.
Have been looking for these guys since 1999. That’s how long I have been with them. From the first day I stepped in to find not just a business but a warm welcome that advise you not to cut the hair and offer coffee and tried to understand why I want to chop my hair.
I am seeing Jeff soon and will show you the amazing style that I get every time I go there.

Absolutely will be going back. Called and got an apt for an hour later. Got a wash + haircut + blowdry for $35!!!! Absolutely a steal in LA. Roza was an icon and she did such a good job.

I absolutely love this place. It feels like you're on a sitcom movie set. This place is locals only, everyone is talking to each other, someones uncle taking a nap in the corner. You just feel like you're on an episode of friends. They also know what they're doing, extremely friendly family business. They're cash only. Protect this place at all cost.

Jeff cut & highlighted my hair today and did a fantastic job especially since it had been years since I had my highlights done. My hair is currently trying to recover from breakage & thinning over the past 6 months due to thyroid issues. I appreciate how gentle Jeff was handling my hair.
