I went here in the middle of the year (sorry I meant to leave a review/survey 6 months ago) and got my Seamaster 50th Anniversary GMT authenticated & adjusted. The main dude (you know who you are - glasses) was very helpful and sized my bracelet. Everyone was incredible in fact in welcoming me into the Omega Brotherhood even though I technically didn't buy anything from the store. Grade A service, people, atmosphere. They're all sexy beasts in my book!!

Not only is Omega a company with an incredible history and maker of great time pieces, but apparently Omega is also great at choosing the right employees to represent their brand. Garry Chen is a fantastic example of that. And even though this watch was purchased directly through Omega online and not Garry, he took pride in assisting us fully. And the next time piece I purchased I will definitely want Garry to assist us. Thank you

I always try and leave a review for outstanding service and we really received that today with Sterling, one of the nicest sales reps I've ever worked with and we were only there for 10 minutes, knowledgeable, showed us everythinggggggg we wanted to see with no issues, just had an absolute pleasant personality - when I come back in December I'll be asking for him 100%

Everytime I have been at this location my experience is 5 stars! Below is the email I sent to the Boutique Manager:Raymond,I hope this email finds you doing well. I wanted to compliment you on the professionalism and amazing customer service of your staff. I bought my first Omega watch from your store over a year ago. Even during that visit, I felt like family based on how everyone treated me. Unfortunately, my Omega watch had a screw loose on the band so I had to come in hoping it could be fixed. I entered your store today and Rohan came up to see what was needed. I thought I was going to have to come back to get the watch, and with a 6-mile trek it makes the trip less than convenient. He asked if I could wait around for 20-30 minutes. He also offered me a beverage while I waited which I politely declined. Then Garry, who sold me my watch came up and greeted me. He talked to me a little about that watch and how it can happen, but Rohan will get me fixed right up. He also showed me some nice pieces which unfortunately I wasn't in a position today to buy. We did look at a nice band for my Seamaster which I am buying. While he was back checking to see if he could get a clasp overnighted Sylvia asked me if I could use a drink. You don't have to ask me twice because usually I'll say yes (Garry don't ask me twice on a new watch when I come back in ?), I told her I'll take an espresso. I am in sales/customer service, and I work with a great CEO. Like Richard Brandon's philosophy, if you go above and beyond for your employees, they'll do the same for your clients. And in my experience your staff represents these qualities! Anytime I can refer Garry and your store I will.Regards,Matt Curless

Omega is a brand I dream of owning one day, seeing the watches was enough but when I went into the store there customer service was beyond exceptional.They let me wear a Seamaster (my dream watch) and I cannot be more thankful. I can say when I do buy my first Omega after uni it will be from this store, more specifically from Gary.Exceptional service guys, keep it up. And thanks for having us.

Ask for Sylvia Liu. She's the best. I called inquiring about the 50th anniversary Snoopy. She was a great sport about answering all my questions, she put me on the waitlist, sent me an email confirmation and also send me a few other recommendations for watches. I could enjoy until my name comes up for the snoopy. Although it has calmed down a bit, the watch industry certainly has gotten crazy in the past year or so. It's nice to see that some good old-fashioned customer service is still alive and well.

Rohan's willingness to go above and beyond really solidified my further purchases of watches here at this location. I really appreciated how I was treated with care and the utmost helpfulness I could possibly imagine. Garry also helped me out and answered any question I had. I appreciate these people doing that for me, as they could have easily not cared enough to do so. Rohan is going to be the person I will come back to visit when it is time to buy my sapphire sandwich moon watch. Rohan, thank you to you for all of your help and understanding. I recently had my Seamaster serviced and I couldn't be more impressed with the service and experience. Omid went above and beyond with helping me get my watch dialed in. The manager, Raymond, was also very quick at responding to my emails and answering all my questions. I will recommend Omid to anyone looking to purchase an Omega time piece. Thank you again!!!

Customer service at this store (Beverly center) is Horrendous!I waited 20 mins and still was not able to get assistance from any of the two employees there. A former concierge here and I wanted to take this moment to express myself on how I felt. I wonder how they got hired. I asked for pricing on a specific watch and the representative didn't even offer to show me the watch. Obviously he did not want to make the sale. The new guy, i suppose with the shaved hair on the sides. Please give your job to someone else who really can do a better job than this.I needed a quick buff on my Omega watch and they didn't care. After leaving and waiting for so long, the rep.runs outside the store trying to catch up with me to fix the problem. The damage was done already. This is unacceptable! I shall find elsewhere to spend the money.
