Like the only liquor store that's open late in the area. They close at midnight. Friendly cashier and lot of room so you don't bump into people. And they have a parking lot.

I agree with the bad reviews. The owners are strange. They target people and report to bad police there. I would be careful about going there. They are racist and they even declined my card twice and started to say that I was broke and had no money. Watch out for them. I live in the neighborhood and was going to get small things but will never shop there again because of the targeting.

I have been stopping by this establishment for years now and it's become my go-to spot for just about anything. It has more of a mini-market or convenient store layout and feel to it. They sell a variety of merchandise in addition to their wide selection of beer, wine, and liquor. It's convenient for small purchases like beverages, snacks, lottery tickets, or basic household items like soap and paper goods. Even last minute necessities That I forget to pick up while shopping at bigger retailers (anything from tortillas to a laundry detergent). The gentleman cashier, Oscar, who works in the evening is always helpful, friendly and funny - a pleasure to interact with. He certainly presents an intimidating, even brutish disposition but I'm sure his job calls for it - nothing personal here folks, the guard is up for the good of himself, his safety - it has nothing to do with you. Some negative reviewers may have played a bigger part in their experience than they wish to admit but I do not know. What I do know is that of my own experience with him. Over the years, as a regular, I've come to realize how gentle and kind he truly is, overall a good guy. WARNING - Profound Thought Ahead: I've come to find that a small shift in perception goes a long way, in fact it changes everything :) --Parking available onsite with some street parking. --They offer more Haagen Dazs flavors than any local supermarket (I've checked myself). --if you like lime/lemon with your Mexican beer, they sell those too. --ATM inside, credit & debit cards accepted "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change" -WD
