The sales ladies are not helpful with clients after finding a dress for my Aunt on our on with no help whatsoever, my Aunt comes to pay for the dress it has a damage on it so they said we will go bring one we come to pay, she is like there is no refund or exchange we say ok no problem can you bring the dress she doesn’t need to try it on she already tried it but we want to check that there are no damages on it and then she will pay no problem , then the lady started to be rude saying no pay first , I was like we have no problem to pay but if you bring a different one and it has a damage you will give her a refund and this is all while we are at the store no special order or anything. She is like no , she was so rude!I told her we are buying it she isn’t even going to try it. Then she continues to be rude to my Aunt I told her you know what you’re not doing is a Favor selling to us ! , You just lost good clients goodbye!It seems like after COVID people need the business but act so badly to clients with no customer service and honestly I had it! I used to give many great reviews to places cause I had great experiences but lately honestly this is insane!So if I were you I’d go inside the santte alley all their dresses sell for 150$Instead of coming to this store getting no help at all and to get treated like someone is doing you a favor and at a double price !Hope owner will read this and make changes cause your losing business with people like that working for you

I 100% recommend if your looking for the most extravagant suits this place is the best customer service is amazing the owner has the most amazing spirit to find you the best suit for whatever occasion you need it for very affordable prices I found the most amazing place to come back and buy suits thank you for the amazing service at Olympic men's collection I really highly recommend them

Love Olympic Men’s Collection!! I’m a return customer and will continue to purchase suits here!! After visiting the store to buy my son’s Communion suit and having such a wonderful experience, when my nephew called saying he’d like me to shop for a Graduation suit with him I knew we’d be driving to OMC. And again, another great experience! George was happy to help, showed him multiple suits, sized him perfectly, and put together a great suit complete with tie and shoes. My nephew is heading to his graduation looking and feeling amazing!! Thank you George and OMC for yet another pleasant shopping experience. I’ll be back!!

Ricky is absolutely awesome! I’m impressed he could tell my son’s measurements just by looking at him and all of his suggestions were perfect. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend this place.

Always been buying with them for 5 years now. Great Customer Service and very nice people!!! Had some very difficult situation about my groomsmen because they are overseas but they helped us figure it out and everything is great!!! Always recommended!

Be careful of these people. I tried on a blue suit for fit and they said they will bring the same brand in black but they removed the label from the black jacket and tried to sell me a cheaper brand and charge me an extra 85 dollars. When I asked to see the blue jacket again I saw he tore the label from it too. They turned very rude as soon as I said that they’re different and while refunding my deposit. The salesman denied it but the owner could not deny that the fit is different. But still no apology.
