The person who works at the part where the boxes come in, understands you in such a rude way, is a person who has a very despotic character, without a doubt they should change their staff or change their way of being. It's a terrible place

This is a place where you can ship anything from shoes, clothing and other things to different countries. I don't know the prices but many people use it because they offer a great service.

I call and they don't help. I ask them a question and send me to a different extension which has no-one answer. I call three times different number from there page and do the same thing.Bad customer service.They don't care about the clients. They are not people to answer a question. I ask them how it costs to send something and they send me to an extension that they don't answer. Bad service.It's not important to them to help the customer.

They made it easy for me to ship a box out of the country. Everyone, from Lupe, to William, to the guy who packaged my box again (Baltazar) were helpful, kind and efficient. Will definitely be back if I ever need to ship something else.

Terrible customer service, I called to ask for guidance since it is the first time they shipped from the USA to Mexico and they transferred me 3 times and they did not want to guide me if I did not have the precise measurements of the boxes. When other parcel companies know the type of product I want to send and have guided me and quoted me based on the experience they have, this person was super closed and did not want to guide me, much less quote me. If you are unaware of shipping issues, please do not mark this parcel!!
