I witnessed an injustice on Thursday 01/02/20243pm from the star Cashier named Ana or Anita, whatever they call her, red hair with glasses, Latina, even if she says she doesn't speak Spanish or acts stupid, I don't understand how they can accept people with strong characters who don't even say hello back to you apart. Super rude, how I treat an elderly woman by serving her with her bad character, zero empathy, the truth is, if they don't like the job, because many people take it and if they want to work, they should take her place...

The customer service is very bad, the cashiers are very slow, particularly in the afternoon when you want to make a quick purchase, they spend their time talking to their colleagues about their personal problems... An employee named Anita is not professional or empathetic at all. With clients, I treat an elderly person very badly, simply disappointing as if she is not going to be old one day. There are many people who really want and need to work and should take that into account when choosing their staff.

FYI to the South LA community. This location grocery store is now Superior Market with new parking lot with fence around entire property. No more vendors taking up side walk space, creating clutter and chaos. Thank God Superior Market is there now parking lot looks amazing at night now lol no homeless, no cars in parking lot all night, or loads of trash everywhere. It was so peaceful when I walked my dog last night around the block in that area. That was after 10ish.

Don't ask for help if you don't speak Spanish. Store smell like something died. Cleanliness is not this store priority.
