I am having the best experience at this store. Nudie jeans are the only ones I wear. I have a pair that is 20 years old. It’s my favorite. It’s such a pleasure speaking with someone there who knows the history of the company as well as details about each style. Josh is that person. I learned exactly what I needed precisely because Josh took the time to answer all my question—on more than one occasion. Your store is amazing!! In fact, all my future Nudie purchases will come from your store. Thank you so much for all that you do!

Review for the store manager that refused to exchange brand new jeans literally next day.Jeans are good quality just not the right size. Strangely enough he mention while working on his sewing machine that he will make an exception and honor return even after 60 days if tags were attached???Place across the street American Rag have 14 days preferably with a tags exchange only. As an insult he added that he will take it back for 20% of the new jeans I will decide to buy??? That’s the most bazaar retail experience I ever had, truly comparable to video store I used to frequent years ago when they will charge you if you don’t rewind your returned videos. Sad.ReplyI’m not sure how I “failed to provide” full picture of complain where its just a review of my shopping experience at your store I can provide all the receipts and tags that this jeans being sold. Beside it’s not a complain from my understanding there is no one to complain too.If you looking any reason not to exchange jeans day after I’m sure you will find it. Both times I visit your store there were more employees than customers if there were any I wonder why?If you thinking that you will buy brand new jeans that I bought yesterday back for 20% from $185 or towards my next purchase let’s say $200 and that will be $40??? That was your offer?? It’s insulting to anyone who have half of brain! I’m not made of diamonds and momma raised no fool! Good luck you may need it!

Great store with jeans and clothes. Organic cotton and really good design. Swedish brand. Nice and friendly staff who will help you find the right pair of jeans.

Based on other reviews, I'm not sure if I got lucky or if they're under new management, but the staff when I visited recently were friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about their jeans and helped me find the size and type that fit me best.

Rude store guy. And no mask. BEWARE. Clothes don't even feel comfortable. First time here and got a mean stare down and the guy didn't have a mask. Clearly the guy is miserable and wants to ruin the business for this company because he was the only one around. Not coming back.
