Brandon and his carpenters demo'd a combination of old lattice, metal and wood fences, and ivy at our property and built back up two extremely sturdy, high-quality redwood fences. He also finished the project with full sanding and a hand-applied Penofin stain. They worked with an immense attention to detail (for example, lining up every single visible screw) while accommodating our exacting design changes and tweaks along the way. We found Brandon to be very personable and communicative from the start. His bid was swift and reasonable, and he really focuses on making sure that the client both a) understands his decision making and b) is happy with the final product. They produce very high quality work, on time and on budget. We highly recommend him for any exterior hardwood construction needs.

I highly recommend Brandon with Noll Construction. * He was prompt to come look at the job * Two days later he sent a thorough and reasonable estimate to do the work * He completed the work on time and on budget My job included replacing support posts of a fence that was falling over, amending a second story deck to conform to building codes, and moving/reinstalling a wood gate to a new location on the property. Another contractor had told me that the job was too complicated and it would be impossible to give me an estimate for the work. Two other contractors never called me back and another contractor gave me an estimate that was more expensive. Thank goodness for Noll Construction! Brandon did a great job and he's a pleasure to work with.

Brandon is THE Man! We would hire him for every home project if we could. He replaced our front and rear property fences, both over 100ft long, and they are beautiful! He is easy/great to communicate with and gave us daily updates of the projects. We even threw a last minute change to one of the gates and it was no problem for him. His prices were surprisingly reasonable considering the level of his work. He knows what he's doing. We will definitely use him again! And we will definitely be recommending him to everyone.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Brandon and his crew. He installed a new beautiful fence at our home. He is hard working, honest, and polite. He has a solution for anything as well as creative suggestions based on both function and aesthetic. He is a very rare find in an ocean of LA’s shady contractors who do poor work for gauging prices. We will certainly be hiring him again for any of our home improvement needs.

Best choice I've ever made to hire Noll construction solutions. Brandon and his team are very professional, friendly and worth every penny. It is hard to find someone who listen and do exactly what you want, Brandon worked with my tidy budget and got me more than what I wished for. With no doubt I will recommend him and hire him for future projects.

My husband and I just purchased the 1936 duplex we've been living in for the last 8 yrs. We needed to make some repairs on existing structures so I called 3 different contractors to come out and give us an estimate. We chose Brandon and we're so glad we did! He and his team did a fantastic job on repairing some existing stairs, added additional support, and painted them. They look so much better than they did before! He also added some additional support, replaced the threshold and resealed and painted some stucco stairs. Still don't know how he was able to complete the additional support through a tiny crawl space! We also had a section of our fence (about 24ft) that was almost completely falling over replaced and it looks so great that I can't wait to do the entire thing. Brandon, Abey and Jason were an awesome team and we will definitely be working with them again soon on replacing our deck and the rest of the fence. They really did go above and beyond!! Highly recommend!!

I called Brandon to repair/replace a gate at my new place. Immediately after meeting him, I felt comfortable with Brandon and a sense of trust. Brandon is an honest guy who takes pride in his work and is a perfectionist. He didn't rush my project, took his time, and my gate came out perfect - better than expected! You can tell that he's not out there trying to scam people and make as much money as possible. He even fit me into his schedule right away because I told him it was important for me to get this gate fixed asap. He showed up on time, finished as scheduled, and he's genuinely just a cool guy! Now, I've already got him working on additional estimates for other projects! Yes, that's how pleased I am. I no longer need to find anyone else to work with. I can't recommend him enough!!!

I just purchased my first single family home and had some time before moving in. First on my list was to fix a wooden gate that was falling over. Doing my due diligence I contacted multiple contractors and handymen. I chose Brandon because I could tell he was straight up and that he was in this business to help people and not bid the highest price possible. And unlike the others, he's knowledgeable - I talked to him over the phone first and told him about the gate and texted a few pictures. Just based on that, he was able to give me a rough figure so that I knew whether it was something I could or couldn't afford. He then came and did an in person estimate and he stayed right in the range - he knows his work (most others wouldn't even give me a rough estimate so I was worried it was going to cost me tons of money). And let me tell you, I've been in LA a few years and there are a lot of scammers who overcharge and do crappy work, overbid, don't show up, etc. But when I met Brandon, I felt comfortable immediately. He wasn't giving me outrageous prices and telling me that the project was complicated, this or that to inflate rates. He walked me through exactly what he would do. And then he scheduled the same week for me because I told him that it was a safety concern that I get that gate fixed right away! He fit me into his schedule recognizing that I was concerned about safety! On the day of my appointment, he texted to let me know he was on his way and he was right on time. My gate looks AMAZING!!! He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work and it shows. I'm so happy with the finished product that now I plan to have Brandon and his guys build me a whole new fence and remove my existing fence, and also do a few other things! There's no need to call anyone else. And obviously, from my profile, you know I'm not a fake Yelper. Believe me when I say a lot of businesses on Yelp have fake reviews. But look at my profile, I'm a real person giving real reviews, and trust me when I say Brandon and his company are the best! Call them if you have to get any work done! You will be happy!

Brandon and his team just finished 2 beautiful fences for my property. They are long and twisty as I have a sort of hillside property. Throughout the entire process Brandon was professional, thoughtful and attentive. He’s incredibly detail oriented and thorough. He would regularly send me text updates if I wasn’t around while he was working. I found this to be very helpful. His guys are timely, courteous and clean. The final product is fantastic, I couldn’t be happier. I recommend Noll Construction without any reservation. Just wish I had more projects for them to do!

I am very happy with the work Brandon and his team did on the fence for my backyard and side yard areas. My back neighbor and I have been discussing a fence between our properties for a few years, and Brandon came recommended. The work was done on schedule, during the timeframe discussed, and the work areas were always cleaned up and neat at the end of each day. Brandon and his team even hauled away the junk in the backyard left from the previous owner. Very happy with my fences and would absolutely use Brandon’s services again!

Gorgeous new redwood fence in a matter of days!55 feet of wooden fence fell in one piece after recent heavy winds. I got quotes from 4 carpenters/contractors and went with Noll Construction. Brandon came out on Monday to access and discuss options and by Friday the fence was complete. He was good about updating the progress and sending photos as I wasn't home during the process. His worker damaged my mailbox backing into the driveway and while this was a bit of an inconvenience, after I located a replacement, Brandon promptly installed and secured it.Very happy with the new fence!

I found Brandon after getting numerous quotes for our big hillside patio projects. Large companies gave me outrageous quotes and many smaller scale companies/handyman just didn't seem as reliable for this project. We are SO thankful that we found Brandon. He has great artistic vision and craftsmanship. He came over and we shared what we were picturing then he gave us some great suggestions. He is very professional and knowledgeable at what he does, we felt great after our initial meeting with him. And, his quote was very reasonable for everything he's done for us! He designed an amazing space for us and he did beautiful landscaping around it to make it even better!!! I can not thank him enough for transforming our dirt pad into an incredible hillside retreat!
