Walked in for the first time to get a FREE usps box , only to be rudely denied because apparently "a lot of people have been coming in and taking the boxes " and I wasn't 100 percent sure if I was going to use their services ! She then proceeded to belittle me with her sarcasm and say " you can go to post office and get one right down the street " as if I'm not aware ! I was walking my dog in the neighborhood and figured a small business like them would be friendly, I have purchased multiple small things like take and bubble wrap from them on multiple occasions ! I won't be going there ever again! The worker was a Caucasian brunette in late 20s early 30s , won't be going there again !

Jessica has one of the most superior mailbox stores in the Burbank/ north Hollywood area! She is kind and efficient and has some good jokes if you ask. Her prices are extremely fair and I always recommend her to friends and family. Jess makes shipping easy!

I love the post office! NoHo Mailboxes is the bees knees! I mail everything there! They are so nice and so sweet! I need more things to mail so I can go there more often

The worst customer service! I paid $60 for fingerprints, the owner's son made a mistake on the form which he admitted to. I went back in the store 15 mins later thinking they would help fix their mistake, but instead the owner was very rude and told me to pay again for my forms to be corrected. So why go to a professional for a service for them to make a mistake on my forms and i'm expected to pay again!
