We mainly use the parts department and they are great. The new building is very nice too.

I bought my car from this dealership. I had a problem with the car and took it in to service it and the did a great job at fixing it. I highly recommend this dealership for repair and service.

We bought some brakes for the workshop and they did not want to give us the guarantee. They said that we have to take the car and that they have to inspect it. The car belongs to a client and therefore I cannot take it. I had to buy other brakes from another auto parts company.

Tiffany Baker is the best service advisor to go to if you plan on going down to the service department. She literally was truthful and understanding with the issues regarding my vehicle and was very tentative to what I needed! She made me very comfortable expressing my frustrations with my vehicle and handle the problem with care, inclusiveness and productivity. Thank you so much Tiffany for your help always. #extremelyhelpful

If u can just stay away from Nissan in general, cheap wont get you far always atleast not in this route, if u have to keep looking for all alternative besides Nissan, i have a 2019 and a 2017..... been having problems since I got them both I was told by my mechanic Nissans brand new or old always have all types of problems , I should've brought back the car when it started shaking and doing weird stuff the first week I got it. I took it back to the dealer they fixed it AnyWho it's not worth it....get a Prius something else literally anything else but this....this is a gamble that you're going to lose they're just not built for the distance without problems take it from my mechanic do your research please no offense to them I don't know if they're just being cheap with the way they build the cars they got something going woth the looks , look nice but it doesn't go the extra mile for you literally. As far as the dealership is cool I'm just talking about the brand I hope this message changed somebody lives cause I wish I would've read something like this before I purchased ....I'm doing a trade-in.Save your time and money

My Nissan Altima needs struts. Mechanics diagnosed my car said struts should be replaced. Parts were not available. Service Advisor said due to Covid-19 getting parts would be delayed. I was told to pay for parts & I would be contacted when parts came in. Service advisor David never called me or left any messages. I went in yesterday 3 months later & I was advised by Service Manager only the left strut was available, asked me if I wanted to install 1 strut & wait for right strut.I asked for refund so I can go to a different dealer. I was told I could wait another month & see if right strut might be located.I insisted on refund. Service Advisor never called & left any messages or texts with status. I demanded refund. Service Advisor lied said he called several times (NEVER left messages), no texts with update.Parking for customers minimal. Service Manager says poor location, many cars, due to Covid-19.Frustrating experience. Salesmen were calling to buy my vehicle & sell me a new car. Ineffective employees, my money was refunded. Service area was filled to capacity with cars needing repairs.
