It’s always a pleasure having my car serviced at Nissan Downtown. The ease of dropping off my car and returning when I’m off work is great. I usually get offered a ride but I prefer to walk since my job is only 10 minutes away. I had the pleasure to work with Jose Cadenas, a pleasant advisor. Very helpful

Julio is the best salesperson you could ask for! I went in having bad experiences with other dealerships, but Julio made the process so easy and was very helpful friendly to my girlfriend, my father and I! I will definitely recommend many people to this dealership and to Julio!

The day I came to purchase the vehicle, I had a pleasant experience. But what I am reviewing is what happened after buying a used car. Here is what happened:
I received a letter stating the dealership was cancelling my contract (exercising their right to cancel within 10 days), 11 days after buying the vehicle. The letter was dated the SAME DAY that I purchased the vehicle, but sent via FEDEX overnight 2 weeks later. I had also returned to the dealership the next day, to provide the title of my used car and no mention of this was made. Something I didn't have to do... Anyways, the letter instructed me to call the dealership and make arrangements to return the vehicle. When I called, the receptionist went to see if the finance manager was in, and then returned and said she spoke with the managers, and I could disregard the letter. When I asked to still speak with the person who's name is on the letter, she stated "it really is fine, we send these letters to everyone". I pushed back again, and asked for the finance manager (Ali) to call me. She said he would be in at 12PM and would call me then. That was 3 days ago. Still no call (and I don't want one anymore if you are reading this).
The fact that you/they sell cars with the intention of cancelling the contract is mind blowing to me. It's only a matter of time until this happens to the wrong person, and a lawsuit ensues. Buyer beware.

Bad service.
The tried to up charge advertised prices. I showed the seller the advertised price and they changed the online price by $3,000.
I talked to the sales manager and he was not helpful. My parents spent 3hr for nothing. Looks like commission is more important than customer service.
