I am writing to bring an upsetting experience to your attention that occurred during my visit to your store on 8/4/24 ] at around 8:50 PM in the men’s department.
While I was shopping, I overheard one staff member refer to another young female employee as a “weirdo.” I found this comment to be rude and unprofessional. Shortly afterward, the same staff member told the young woman, who mentioned she was taking a break to use the restroom, “don’t forget to use Febreze.” I was shocked by this comment, as it seemed highly disrespectful and humiliating for the young employee.
As a customer, witnessing this type of behavior between staff members made me uncomfortable and upset. I can only imagine how embarrassed and hurt the young woman must have felt. Because of this, I decided not to complete my purchase and left the store.
I believe that all employees deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, especially in a professional setting. I hope you will address this matter promptly to ensure a positive and respectful environment for both employees and customers.

This place is weak.
Dirty and bland, this place is not exposed at all.
The staff upstairs has no idea what the goods are downstairs.
No "Jordan" assortment.
If I had known it would be like this, I wouldn't have had to fight through traffic jams for an hour to get nothing and then return home.
The shelves could also be a bit more organized.
I know, I'm complaining that it's a Sisyphean job and that the same thing will happen soon. That customers are messy. But you are paid for this and you should keep the place neat and clean.

There is a free parking lot next to it, and you can get off the elevator from the parking lot to the business district. There are Nike, Adidas, outlets, H&M, Under Armor, etc. nearby, and there are many people in the pedestrian street. You need to queue up to enter the Nike store. The security guard at the entrance is equipped with a gun. There are many shoes and clothing inside, which is dazzling to see when you enter. There are discounts that are very discounted, and you need to queue up even to check out.

I ordered two pairs of shoes for pickup. Before I came to pick them up today. I received the attached email below, with the subject line, “Thanks for picking up your order.” So I called the store. Instead of the Citadel Nike Factory Store apologizing and remedying the situation, a guy named JT just literally screamed over me. I even calmly asked five times to speak, and whenever I did he yelled over me, which was him explaining how hard his job is, and how he doesn’t have the time for me/my paid orders they gave away.
I normally don’t write a negative review, I’m against it, but avoid this location. They are clearly a mess. In my experience, you’ll purchase multiple expensive shoes, the store gives them to someone, and then blows you off. Needless to say, it’s worth the drive to another Nike location.

Be careful, pay by card. If you pay by cash pay attention to change. Today I bought nike shoes for 55$ total, cashier spoke about different topics with us and took our attention, and gave change I forgot to count change which must be 44$ but, when i came to home change was 24 cash. I’m sure cashier didn’t give correct change.
