Honestly, this BMW service center is really all bad. I had an appt to drop my car off and pick up a loner, and thinking the appt time would get me in and out in no time at all, well I STILL had to wait about an hour and some change before I was actually able to get in the loner and take off! What's the point of even booking an appt if you are going to make customers STILL HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG?!?!? On top of that, I had a simple request to just reset my airbag light because I knew exactly why it had come on after reading up on it and doing a good amount of research, and they still wanted to charge me almost 300 dollars just to do something as simple as that!! I'll definitely be going to a different service center from here on out! Oh yes, and one last thing; I actually have a service plan package to get my oil changes done whenever they are needed, but of course my oil light came on not even halfway into my time to go back for another one. Not sure what kind of business they got going on here, but definitely will not be back ever! If you don't mind traveling a few more minutes, DEFINITELY take your BMW to any other service center but this one....you will be glad you did. Only good thing about this place is the free coffee bar...which I'm almost certain every other service center has as well....smh.

I walked into BMW of DTLA a month ago as my lease was coming to an end and I was looking to get into an M car.
John, Marwan, and GSM Ruben worked as a team to get my 430i turned in and get me into my dream car - the BMW M2!
Believe it or not, I chose the M2 in manual transmission given that I had never driven a manual vehicle before LOL
John Daley actually drove me in the car home and gave me a crash course on driving manual. He spent an hour with me while I drove around the neighborhood and gave me feedback on how to get moving.
I am very grateful that I chose BMW of DTLA because the entire team is super cool and the dealership is absolutely beautiful!
Their cars here have the best specs I have seen throughout all of Cali.

I bought my first convertible with all the my hard working money from rollerskating in a old navy commercial and 1 episode on disney channel shes so pretty blue water bmw 335is twin turbo and convertible cruising my city with the top down is so amazing ?

I have to say that Eladio is the best in the business. He is a true salesman and takes the time to ensure you feel good about your purchase. He was very patient and even came in on his day off to close the deal. He offered to coming in due to us feeling comfortable with him only. He made the entire process stress free and was understanding to all of our needs. He has made us a lifetime customer, the dealership should be lucky to have an amazing person working for them. If you are in the market for a BMW, DTLA is the place. The only salesman you should ask for is Eladio! He makes it happen!

Best ever experience I had here. I went to this dealer. I was interested for one of their 2025 X6 M60I. I contacted Zury she was really helpful and GM “Marwan” was a professional Manger. they’re really nice and all they do, is make the deal easy for you guys .
