Do not hire these people. Completely unprofessional. My son had crashed and hit my neighbors friend's car so I got a quote from them for the repairs. We agreed on a price and a time to meet and have it repaired. I called new way mobile to see how long until they get here because the lady was already here waiting and he said that he was gonna do it at 1 instead of 11:30 like we agreed on. I told him now well she doesn't live here so that doesn't really work for her or me. Then he just said we will have to do it another day then hung up on me! Like really?! It was just a complete waste on my time and hers.

Refugio and Hector were amazing! We scheduled the job quickly, they fixed the car in my driveway, and it looks like new. They were able to get a replacement part, which I didn't know I needed, within 24 hours. This at a fraction of the cost any other company quoted. Before and after photos attached.

I would NOT recommend Refugio or Hector to work on your car if you care about it. If it’s a rental car…this is a quick paint job but if you actually want to keep your car, don’t waste your time or money, you’ll end up spending twice the amount to fix everything they mess up. Nonstop issues from the start and all Refugio says is “no problem” even when there is a HUGE problem like burning the clear coat off your car and needing to repaint a pristine panel. Almost 2 months later and still paying to have what they did fixed correctly.

Do NOT use these guys, stay away. I've had Issues from the start. It's been well over a month and half and I'm still trying to fix everything they did wrong. Overspray paint which is all over my car, overspray all over my wheels, the parts they were supposed to paint are hazy and dull. Managed to get more paint on my wheels than the actual car. Wasted time, wasted money and just annoyed myself for hiring this poor quality company. All Refugio says is "no problem" burned my clear coat and says "no problem" never again will I allow them near my car, every time they try and fix something they create a new problem for me.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Refugio and Hector ! My car was covered in red sap splotches that had baked into the clear coat. Any efforts I made at removing them myself were awful and I ended up making it worse.I was asked for photos of the damage and given a quote right away.They worked with me on the pricing and were communicative at every step of the process.10/10 recommend

After owning my new truck for only one week I drove into an underground parking garage and ripped off my roof antenna. Creasing the elevated pad the antenna sat on. Refugio and his crew came to my home and made it look like new. These are very nice people who do great work for a great price. I would highly recommend them for these types of repairs. Check out my photos. Not only did I feel really stupid; This was very upsetting after dropping over 80K on a new truck. I was relieved and and very happy that I could get this kind of quality work done quickly and for a great price.Thanx Refugio

The paint on my car was chipping. I called new way mobile auto paint and received a quote. He gave me a very good price and came out within a couple days and took care of the chipping paint. The color was a perfect math and I would use them again. I highly recommend them.

We were a bit uneasy about having somebody come to do a paint repair in our garage, but we are extremely happy with the result. Refugio was courteous and knowledgeable. It took him barely an hour to fix a scratched panel and make it look almost as good as new. We would absolutely call him again.

I was in need of a fix after clipping my apartment garage's side gate which gave my car some scratches and a minor dent. Most other mobile repair businesses that I inquired with through Yelp said that the damage to my car was too severe and that I should take it in to a body shop. Refugio, on the other hand, quoted me a fantastic price and showed up 30 minutes later because he happened to be in the area. Three hours later, it was like it never happened.A couple tips: make sure you have access to an electrical outlet if you have a dent, and the easiest way to pay is through cash or Venmo. I did initially try to pay with credit card, but Refugio's Square app was giving us some issues.In short, I'm pretty stoked that I can now be one of those people that "knows a guy", because I'd easily recommend Refugio to anyone in need of making a dent or scratch disappear.

Refugio is amazing and extremely efficient! I have used him on two projects for my Shelby GT500 (rock chip paint correction and removing adhesive from a spoiler swap) and only trust him to work on the car. He will come right to you, work at your place and perform quality work. Extremely friendly and a real pleasure to work with.

Amazing work from a mobile body repair shop. I asked numerous businesses on Yelp for help but none would help me. I miraculously stumbled upon New Way Mobile and Refugio quickly answered, got me a ridiculously fair quote and came the next day to fix it. Hector and his crew worked so hard for almost 6-7 hours. They pulled the dent, put body filler and painted with clear coat. The repair looks 99% flawless, you could barely tell there was damage. I will be using these guys for car body repair, easier than going through shady car insurance. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with Refugio's repainting of the top of my Honda Accord. The work was excellent and at a fair price. Refugio was punctual and a pleasure to work with. I recommend him highly!
