We ordered a custom POS desk and they delivered on time and it was exactly what we wanted! Also got some mannequins and shelf support items. Overall good selection and helpful staff.

NewTech Display had a vast range of retail displays. I found mannequin displays for my clothing store at best price.

Would not recommend doing business here. Made an order for my online store, but never received a confirmation email for my purchase. Days later after feeling worried and not hearing back from emails I sent out regarding the issue, I filed a dispute on Paypal. They quickly emailed me stating that they are issuing me a refund that day. It's been over a week, no refund. I've called their location on several occasions and the staff is RUDE, huffing on the phone acting like I'm an annoyance and getting upset with me for even asking a question. One employee was loudly eating throughout the call. This is not a business that is being professional by any standards. I am working with Paypal to attempt to get a refund. I would not have been so upset if the staff had at least been polite and explained things clearly on the phone. I will strictly be doing business with Mannequin Madness from now on as they are kind, professional and send out prompt invoices and products arrive in days after an order.

This is a fraudulent company. They sell defective items and refuse to authorize returns even though when you make the initial purchase they claim they do accept returns. I recommend avoiding this spot.
