My daughter is getting married and her colors are Aqua and Rose Gold. I ordered the AQUA TAFFETA but it was falsely advertized and is TIFFANY BLUE! I called wanting an exchange NOT even a refund and the man was so nasty and callous telling me rudely "send it back go on the website its easy we got no other aqua just one color I dont know what to tell you" he told me not caring at all but took my money!!!!Its bad enough we have to wait for products and them be sold a FAKE COLOR not advertized honestly.Think twice before you use NEW STAR FABRIC not everyone is treated fairly or

Do not go to this place if you're a woman as the men who own the store will steal your money. The older guy literally stole $20 from me. They have terrible customer service and will yell at you and verbally attack you. I wish I could give this place zero stars or negative stars. Awful experience.

This guy is pathetic. So my wife calls in and asks if they have certain sizes in table cloths and he says yeah yeah I have. So we drive all the way to DT in traffic over an hour and he finally decides to tell us he doesn't have it. He gave us a size that's 2ft shorter and tried to convince us that it was what we wanted. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and took it and tried it and sure enough, it was short and it had some ugly a** stitching on the sides. We call in and say hey man we're gonna return it and he said no problem. Again, drive out in traffic and got there and he starts to complain on how he has to use the stairs to go up and get the stuff down and on and on. Not our problem. You shouldn't have LIED and said you have our sizes when you knew you didn't. He then goes on to say he doesn't do refunds but he's doing us a favor because my wife is pregnant and that it's a waste of time and money for him to do that. What do you think it is for us to drive out there to return the stuff when all this would have been avoided if you hadn't lied dummy?! Plus it's not against the law to return something and get your money back if you didn't know. Future reference, don't BS to customers and play the victim card

New Star Fabric is the best fabric store in downtown Los Angeles!They are professional and helpful and have an amazing selection.This is my first stop when shopping for fabrics if they don't have what I'm looking for the will direct me to the store that has what I need. I feel I can trust them and they have the best prices anywhere!Shop here First!!!

Ordered some ivory crinkle taffeta from them off eBay. Product was exactly what I needed, however, came with a rip in the fabric. I messaged them about exchanging it but they sent me another order of the 2 yards free of charge which was so nice of them! Great experience with New Star!
