My car was involved in an accident in April 29,2023 . The person that struck me has AAA Auto Insurance.I was sent to one of the bday shops that AAA auto Insurance recommend. The Company is named Crash Champions located on Ctenchaw and I believe 42nd street.I took my car to Crash Champions in mid May of 2023 . They kept my car. for over 3 to 4 months and did an the repair work was horrible and unprofessional . Crash Champions did not straighten out my frame , nor repaired my car correctly at all.I then had to pull my car out of that ship and was recommended to Network Auto Body shop . They're working on repairing my car back to factory standard . They are a friendly ans a professional company and I thank God for all the work that they're doing. Thank you in advance Mr. Preuitt

recommended by Dodge.....mistake.......dishonest, lack of communication, lack of follow through. I would rate their work, but they have failed to complete the job or follow up. NETWORK you have FAILED in EVERY area- Your own manager admitted to it, yet still did not call me as promised today! I'm waiting for the millionth excuse as to why the car isn't ready (2 months later) and why you were not able to provide an update as discussed.

⚠️☣️☢️LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS CRIMINAL. It’s simple you’ll wait way longer than you need to and they will not repair your vehicle correctly you’ll be left with permanent damage. And the costumer service is a uneducated trucker atmosphere. Good luck finding someone who can understand and communicate the simple phrase. “What’s the update on my vehicle you’ve had it for over a month” NETWORK AUTO: “uhmmm sorry I don’t understand?” TAKE IT ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! ☢️☣️⚠️

I cannot believe that this location is trying to hold my car hostage.I took my car on August 9, 2023 to Network Autobody Inc. (LA) located at 3917 S. Broadway Los Angeles, CA 90037 phone number (323)232-8800 because some repairs had been done by another location but there were frame issues that the other location could not fix. So I went to Network based on a recommendation from Downtown Honda of LA. Upon arriving they told me my car was totaled because the frame work damage was excessive and the insurance company would also deem it totaled. This came from my technician Mark who then brought his Manager out to confirm this whose name is Roman. I believed that they (Autobody shop) had my best interest at heart so they provided this preliminary estimate that had to be sent to State Farm the insurance company assuming liability whose name was Ken who stated that he never received the estimate unbeknownst to me. However, after doing their estimates on August 15, 2023 State Farm said it was not a total loss. I became concerned why I was told that and SF explained that this occurs often as some shops try to get storage fees. This was the first thing this manager Roman asked me for this morning (08/21/23) when I called yet again for my vehicle. He stated, " we're a repair shop not a storage shop." I responded with I never asked you to store my vehicle i aske for it back on the 16th when you told me you didn't not agree to repair it the way SF recommended. I asked to pick my car up thin and your technician said you were still negotiating with SF and it would be a long road ahead. So if your thought was storage fees then I cannot pay it." I did not sign anything telling them to do work or order parts there was no storage amount agreed or parts. So now they don't want to give me my car back. They keep making me wait every day and when I asked for my car back on the 16th of August after State Farm did their estimate I asked for my car back on the 16th but today is the 21st and after speaking with Roman again the shop Mananger he is still saying he has to total my charges when I never consented for them to do any repairs. They send me a docusign last week trying to have me sign and return it but still said they would not fix the car based on the estimate that State Farm settled on. Yet that they were gonna keep negotiating for them (SF) to say it was totaled. I decided to go with an approved shop who agrees to the SF estimate because I use my car for work and the longer they go back and forth the longer I'm waiting. I asked for my car back on Wednesday August 16, 2023 and according to my consumer rights I believe they have to return my car putting every piece back where it belongs. Now I'm afraid that they out of spite will not put it back together correctly or keep holding my car hostage I'm so frustrated. DO NOT USE THEM. And the worst part is that I bought my Honda at Downtown Honda and they told me to bring it to themFor the estimate then when I got their they sent me to these people. I thought they were reputable and they are shysters!

I got in an accident and was referred to Network Autobody. Their soft touch started at the reception desk. I was still confused and shaken up by the incident but they received me gently which assured me that they understand the trauma of a car accident. The process to fix the car took long but it was mainly attributed to the paperwork between them and my insurance company. When I received my vehicle after a few weeks of deliberation and reconstruction it was pristinely fixed and washed. I recommend Network Auto and thank them for their thoroughness and attention to detail. My baby is back and I'm back cruising without a whisper of an accident. Cheers and thank you.

I was in a car accident December 2022, they took over two months to fix my car... however I was a little careless, being a college student getting my car back right when school started. I was very stressed and didn't throughly check my car until a week or so later... my front emblem was missing and my tools to change my tire... I called to complain and they said I needed to show proof my car came with both of those items... firstly my car was a Kia 2022 bought from a dealership... I'm pretty sure it came with tools and a front emblem. After calling repeatedly and being told I needed to send proof but them never sending me an email to send it too. My father called and they immediately apologized saying they forgot to install the emblem and gave a lame excuse for my tools being missing stating some employee probably knew some kias don't come with tools and stole mine... then after I went to have the emblem placed back, about three days later it started to come off... I had to once again drive there to get it fixed. It was all very unnecessary trips as they should have never stolen tools from my car and as soon as they noticed they forgot to place the emblem on my car, notified me. I would never recommend this place to get your car fixed... horrible service and rude employees.

My truck was hit by an unlicensed uninsured driver. A few weeks prior, it had been damaged due to vandalism. The dealership suggested Network Auto Body for the two claims to be paid by AAA. Upon delivering my truck to Network, the repair representative " found two other minor scratches he said they would include ( I have proof in writing). To my dissatisfaction, It took over a month for me to get my truck back. Network blamed the delay on parts not being available, and then the wrong parts being sent. When I arrived to finally pick up my truck, I noticed the two scratches that were to be included in the repairs weren't fixed, and there were other blemishes that weren't there when I left my vehicle in their possession. I spoke with the manager and a female employee. They verified my concerns were valid, assured the issues would be resolved, and informed me that Ernie would be in touch. As I was driving I noticed my truck wasn't getting power and the steering seemed restricted. I then saw "Trailer Trip" on the dashboard, and in the menu, the trailer tow icon was illuminated. I was unable to turn off what is labeled as "Trailer #1" in the settings (which is confusing considering I have yet to use the trailering feature on my truck). The next day I contacted the dealership, and was advised to take it back to Network or I would be charged for them to investigate and repair. I called Network Auto Body, and was told again to wait to hear from Ernie. After calling repeatedly and texting, several days later I finally reached Ernie ( when he happened to working the call desk) to be told that Network has submitted another claim for AAA to pay separately for the minor repairs they forgot to include on the original estimate. (Jeopardizing my standing with AAA) Who does this in business? We must own our mistakes and omissions. I was further informed that I would have to wait until Monday for them to investigate and repair the problem with the trailer feature I've never used. I have no choice but to finish the course of doing business with Network Auto Body; however, as it stands right now, I could not recommend their services to anyone. Your Word is Your Bond!

I found even more scratches... I've literally made 2 payments on this car. I appreciate the owner reaching out and asking what they can do to make things right. I don't know if it can be made right, literally every part for this car is on back order... and I wouldn't trust them installing anything (especially an electronic glass roof)

Took my 22 Honda Accord in to fix some body and paint damage. When I picked it up it looked like it was brand new. They did an awesome job and I would highly recommend them. Easily the best body shop I've been to and I'll be sure to come to them again.

Not deserving of any star. This auto shop is a scammer you will be scammed of your money at first estimation is doable but by the time you get your car the price is tripled and take note they will also steal from you. Tools that were supposed to be in your car all gone. The worst service we ever had.I would DEFINITELY not recommend this auto shop ??Service: Body & Trim

I called the Kia to get an estimate on some body shop work for my vehicle. They recommended the network auto body. I called prior to coming to see if I had to schedule an appointment, they said I can just drive in. A few days later I drove in and walked into the front desk. I filled out some basic information about myself and my car. They asked me to have a seat and wait for Edwin. He would be the one assisting me. A few short moments later Edwin came out and met me to discuss the details on my car. I told him and we walked out to also get a visual of the damage done. We went back inside the office and he asked me to wait a short minute. He came out with some detailed paperwork on the estimate price of my vehicle. I really enjoyed my experience. Everything was done promptly, Edwin gave me a great price on my car, everything was professional and gave me piece of mind!
