I brought my 2021 CR-V car to work here at this address last December because it suffered an accident before taking the job, they gave their word that if something didn't go well, I could rest assured that I would just go and be done but without thinking about when. They delivered it to me, the paint was lumpy, so they refused, but the parts like the radiator and the front crash bar and other things they replaced and my car started screeching and they told me that it's normal, the fools left, now I charge my car. car like this with that annoyance that the problem was never answered I share this with you this workshop claims or boasts about the medals they have but really they lie the guarantee is false and they do not take responsibility if something happens after the repair and the total that They charged me almost 15,000 not for therapy, they are good and stealing, leaving a job bad, they don't care because it's not theirs.

I am very disappointed and mad at the job they did to my car at this facility. I went here because I thought it was a good place . Now I wished I chose a different shop.
They took more than 2 months to fix my car and still did a horrible job. A cover they replaced under the car fell within days after picking up the car from them . There’s a part that they never replaced because they were waiting for the part to arrive . That was back in August 2023 and till this day July 2024 and I still have not heard back . They also never replaced a plastic cover that goes over the tire on the passenger side . Please be sure to check your car before taking it from these guys . But if you could choose another place I would advise you to do so .

Honda of downtown referred me to Network Auto Body. And it was the best experience. Isela and Erik were amazing with updating me and answering my questions. Erik gave me daily updates of the stages my car were in regarding repairs. My car looks brand new again! The pickup was smooth and easy. Definitely recommend this as a place to go!

I had an outstanding experience at Network Auto Body! I needed to get my front bumper fixed on my new Honda Accord, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything was seamless and efficient. The team at Network Auto Body was incredibly fast, getting my bumper fixed in no time. Not only that, but they also went above and beyond by cleaning my car inside and out. It looked brand new when I picked it up! I highly recommend Network Auto Body for their exceptional service, attention to detail, and speedy turnaround. They exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be returning for any future auto body needs.

It just doesn't get any better than Network Auto Body. They've been my go to for years. From the welcoming customer service (Anthony!) to the restoration they've done on my cars (I may not be the best driver) they're a 10 on a 10 point scale. I honestly wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

We took my mother's car to Network Auto Body for service after a horrible accident. They had great customer service, and the employees were informative and easy to deal with. They worked hand in hand with the insurance company and handled the whole process with ease. The quality of the paint job and repairs were perfect. If ever we need a top quality auto body shop to go to we definitely will use Network Auto Body again, and refer them to all of our friends.

Unfortunately, I had a similar experience with this Network Auto Body location as the other negative reviews. When I called my Kia dealership, they said they recommend all Kia cars that need bodywork to this autoshop. When I brought in my car for a light paint job due to some scratches against a cement pillar, they assured me multiple times that my car would be done in a maximum of two weeks. They promised that the car paint job would be done within a week and the extra week was just in case there were delays. I finally got my car back after 3 weeks. The communication on their end is extremely poor. I had to keep reaching out for updates and all of their employees would tell me different reasons for why my car is delayed. One employee said it was finished. Then a day later, a different one said he was waiting for a new tire to come in. Then a few days later, another employee said they had to wait for the moulding to come in. I now realize it was because they wanted to screw over my insurance and keep my car so they could charge them as much as they wanted. When I arrived to pick up my car, I noticed that two other customers were frustrated and I left before them. I also had to wait an extra 30 minutes for someone to drive my car up. No one seems to be working. A lot of employees are just standing outside, so I didn't understand the delay. When you express frustration at the lack of communication, their employees will get mad at you and say rude things to you. When I wanted to check the final claim amount with the Geico app on my phone, I showed the employee that I was waiting for the Geico icon to load. The employee said "I don't wanna rush you if your card is going to bounce. I want to make sure you have funds in your bank before I charge you". She said it in a very malicious tone and I was shocked she was smiling when she said it to me. It was as if she was happy to embarrass me. The first secretary I met when I got my quote was great, polite, and knowledgable.

My car was involved in an accident in April 29,2023 . The person that struck me has AAA Auto Insurance.I was sent to one of the bday shops that AAA auto Insurance recommend. The Company is named Crash Champions located on Ctenchaw and I believe 42nd street.I took my car to Crash Champions in mid May of 2023 . They kept my car. for over 3 to 4 months and did an the repair work was horrible and unprofessional . Crash Champions did not straighten out my frame , nor repaired my car correctly at all.I then had to pull my car out of that ship and was recommended to Network Auto Body shop . They're working on repairing my car back to factory standard . They are a friendly ans a professional company and I thank God for all the work that they're doing. Thank you in advance Mr. Preuitt
