As the reviews all state, this place is horrible. Clerk (owner?) input the wrong address on a package and refused to take responsibility for it. As a result I’ve had to spend multiple hours and many more dollars trying to track it down, and still have no resolution. The right thing to do would be to refund my money but he just doubled down and tried to blame me. Maybe if he ever turned on the lights in there he could see what he’s doing. I’d rather stand in line at the post office for an hour than go here again.

Worst ever. I don't normally leave a review but they made me do it. So rude and lazy. It seems to be a family business and all staff are the same. I tried three times and all three different staff are rude and not responsive. I wish they close it soon.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but when I experience a "holy hell" level of bad service, I feel like it's important to share that with people considering using the business.I had a FedEx return I needed to mail. The clerk was on a personal call and took his sweet time getting off the phone. When he did, I explained what I had and he slapped a label cover on the counter and walked away, returning to his phone call. I asked him numerous questions -- I don't know how this works -- and he glowered at me like I was bothering him. I finally asked him where to put the package and he snapped at me like I was the stupidest person in the world for asking. "Put it on the floor!" I put the package down on the floor and he said, "Not there!"Unless you feel comfortable leaving your important package in front of the desk where anybody could take it, don't come here. I'm certainly never coming back.

This is an abomination, not a business. I’ve been forced to come here multiple times solely because of the convenient location and there is always an issue. The Asian man behind the desk prefers to keep his own hours, and if you show up at the end of the day he complains about helping you! I just went in to mail an item and requested a receipt and was told he only scans packages at the end of the day and therefore because it is 11:15am I cannot have one. When I implored him to make an exception because of the value of the item he told me there are cameras in the store and I should not be concerned. I encourage everyone to stop going here until management changes.

The guy here is super rude, opens late, and is disorganized and racist. Do not have your stuff shipped here. I will not patronize this business; I hope they close.

I use this center because of it's close proximity to my home office, but also because of the great service of Dan, your employee. I could very easily go down to the US Post Office, but prefer Dan's personal touches. He is so friendly and very helpful and always takes care to ship my packages with care. He never raises his voice and has a very nice respectful manner. He is involved in the community, talks to many of us and is helpful in sharing the best deals for the customers. He is respectable to all of us who frequent your establishment. It is no wonder there are many 5 star reviews on Yelp on his behalf. Only maybe 2 negative ones. Everybody has bad days. In my opinion Dan is a keeper. His friendly sociable exchanges with the customers is what attracts the community to your store. Thanks for taking my comments.

They're fine but be aware they no longer have a notary as advertised, nor do they accept USPS dropoffs (UPS still ok)
