I had a very pleasant experience with National Bank Services. I have owned a cruise line events company for the past 20 years and always have trouble getting additional merchant accounts. I was transferred to Ryan who got me set up. The process was long ( 2 weeks) and I had to provide a lot of documents but nothing I haven't had to supply in the past. I was informed during the whole process and I just got my approval. Keep up the good work, it is very hard to find true veterans in the travel space. I look forward to referring more business your way.

If it were possible to give a company negative stars I'd do it. Applied for a merchant account and got so much runaround I basically did my own digging and found 'Jarrod Butter' was basically lying about the fees I'd have paid monthly. Poor customer service and when I finally got to the point where I busted him on lying to me about the fees and told him I would not proceed further unless I had it in writing that if I continued to work with them that things would be set up and running (which Jarrod promised three times) within a day or so, he basically stated he couldn't help me.

They are a Total Rip Off. I signed up as an Agent they Never paid me my Commissions. I delt with Myca she ripped me off. I have been in Merchant Services over 25 Years. Bad move I will do what I can to get them terminated on there contracts. These people will Rip you off.

Not happy with my interaction with these guys. More or less, the sales rep was good, but the manager who got on the phone directly lied to me about one of his competitors. Everyone should know in sales you don't talk about the competition if you don't know the facts, and you definitely don't slander them.

If I have a choice of 0 star, I would happy to chose it. I did not believe that reviews at the first time. I regret that I did not read people's review. People... Please do not use this company. You will get the worst merchant services.. Very Rude.. The worst Customer Services.. Took me 3 weeks .Never answer the phone or email. They told me to fix something which I already had it for 6 years. They are lazy to look that up. They told me that I have a product and links which are illegal. We've never sold any illegal products. I told them to provide that link, but they could not find it. They have to have basic morals. There are a lot of great companies out there. It took me less than 48 hours This guys will ruin your company. Thanks god. I changed my merchant services and gateway

Save yourself the time and trouble, these people are liars at best. They will promise the earth and deliver NOTHING. Really just a bunch of commissioned sales people who take applications and that's it, they have no concern about you after that and will simply leave you with nothing! Take your business elsewhere and DO NOT give these people another look.

There are thousands of merchant services providers and this is one of the worst! If you like to jump through hoops and have your time wasted then go ahead but I would highly recommend you keep well away from these guys. It is just a couple of sales agents attempting to rip you off.

The company is a fraud, services suck and the people are crooks (especially Mike Mulloy). I am still in the process of recovering my money after suing them. Please save yourself the troubles and your hard earned money. You are dealing with scammers, so beware.

Once your gateway is closed , this company will not give you money. It's a fraud which they are doing, no response on email, over the phone, answering machines...your money will be lost.

Somehow these guys got a hold of my information period after applying for merchant services account on week. I called them back. And they said they would approve me. With my credit repair company. I would I called them. I heard them in a call center type setting. Before they said hello I heard them cussing back and forth period very unprofessional. I'm glad I looked up the reviews. Unfortunately I had to give them some of my personal information and my company Ein. They kept pressing for my bank account information period I told him no because I wanted to check them out first. I'm glad I did. It's not worth losing everything I've worked for. So I can go get some quick money. Go with a trusted name over just someone.

I am in the processing of cancelling any further business transactions or ties with this company due to Jeff and Micky ignorance. I called the company to discuss my account and Jeff the owner answer the phone and made fun of my southern dialect and he stated that I was speaking "Ebonics" because of how I said the word "ask." Then Jeff transfer my call to Micky and he further made jokes about my southern dialect. I told them that they was very unprofessional. I would not conduct business with this company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are very unprofessional and will have you in a world of financial troubles due to their lack of follow up and follow through. Please for the best interest of your small business do not do business with them. They are very quick and smooth talkers, they seem knowledgeable until thing begin to go left.
