Can't express how grateful I' am to Nataliya's agency and especially Gray for always providing me with great customer service and going above and beyond. Great example of corporate greed in this office. Big guy eats the little guy while your rates are increased to subsidize a third home for the CEO. The agents get paid just enough to perpetuate this crime on their neighbors.Raising rates on people with no tickets and drive 500 miles a year. Thanks Natalyia!!

Horrible service. Arbitarily raised rates with no claims, no tix nothing. When asked, they said it was across the board. The real reason? Six CEOs received at least $12 million each in compensation in 2022 – led by State Farm CEO Michael Tipsord's $24.4 million and the $20.8 million paid to Travelers CEO Alan D. Schnitzer.Oct 11, 2023 The reps lied when they said they would return my calls. Two weeks later nothing.

I recently transferred to this agency since it’s close to where I live and I’m so happy I did. Everyone is nice and they are open late during the week (which is usually when I seem to have problems) and open on Saturdays as well. Abi is usually my go to and is the absolute G.O.A.T but if she’s not available I talk to Yesenia and get just as good service.
