insisted that he measures my daughter before even seeing the dress when I asked to deal with the lady in the store he told us to leave

Horrible service. Took our money for dresses we didn’t even buy! Dangerous approach , Shawn. The lady was rushing us and very disrespectful. Cheap materials for dresses too.

Don't visit this store, they charge you for trying on the dresses, they harras you while you're looking at the dresses, and they have no education. The lady that works there has no customer service skills, and the owner or manager is extremely rude.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Very rude owner and employees. They won’t even let you look around for a few minutes without harassing you and yelling to hurry up and buy. I asked for a size 10 and she wanted me to purchase a 6 in another color. Don’t even trust them shipping it. No refunds when they give you the wrong item. Very sketchy people. They kept staring at my purse like they wanted to rob me.

The employees are very rude, and the worker named Brenda is a thief. She stole someones phone and tried making it seem like she didn't. The owner is no help either, very rude. They don't even give you the right size! On top of that, there's a fee to try on clothes? That's so trash. If I could, this place would get zero stars. ?

Lady who works here stole my mothers phone, claimed she didn’t have it but the last location showed the store. when i went to grab the receipt she got all defensive and yelled at me in front of other customers (super rude and unprofessional) just for getting back my receipt from her desk. little did i know, she was hiding my phone there too which explains why she got super defensive. i left and called the police but she was EXTREMELY rude from the start

THEIF! They took my moms phone here while the lady isn’t claiming she has it my mom put her phone on the counter cause she was getting the receipt and the lady yelled “don’t touch anything there” because the lady put a plastic bag on the phone to cover it cause we bought a dress and she got a new bag instead of the one she got for us already and my mom noticed it was missing and we went back and claiming she did not steal and the bag was gone and her phone and the man was so rude to us to leave but for sure she stole it never go here!

Don’t come here unless you got money to replace a missing phone, My Tia took my cousin dress shopping here and not only did they give her the WRONG SIZE but when they went back to exchange for a smaller size the the lady BRENDA stole her phone, my Tia noticed it was missing as soon as they got in the car so they went back and of course she was acting like the three blind mice, smh and they still had the Nerve to be rude to them !!! Bola de rateros !!!!!!! Bye

If i could give them 0 stars i would they are thieves they stole my friends mom phone while my friend was exchanging her dress in a different size the girl wouldn’t give it back and the manager kicked us out my friend mom had to buy another. We know she took it cause we only went to this store we checked the car and my friends mom phone was charged and was turned on but when we called it was turned off and we asked the girl that works her she was getting real defensive and was hiding after we checked the car again so the manager kicked us out . THIEVES DON’T GO HERE OR YOUR STUFF WILL COME UP MISSING

when you go into a store you expect to get great customer service and you don’t have to worry about your phone getting stolen. My friend went in there with her mom And the lady working there took advantage of the Mom being unaware the mom left the phone on the counter, and the lady working there when they weren’t looking, took the phone While they were not looking if I can give the store a zero Star, I would don’t shop here Customer service is horrible experience of my friend and her mother was zero out of 10. Don’t come and shop at the store unless if you want to get your Phone stolen
