Definitely NOT what I expected when receiving the order. the bed was too small and flimsy not sturdy at all. Nothing like the website shows. Worst Part the company didn't want to give me a refund and hasn't even gotten back to me to return the useless bed I got from them ! The Customer Service was horrible they would text me and say that someone wouldcontact me and now it's been more than 72hrs and no one has helped!! I do NOT recommend them AT ALLLLL!!!!!

Strange business hours... wasn't open when they said it was but let my boyfriend in anyway when he called because he was across the street lol. But besides that the best is super cute and my doggy loves it!! So does my cat they will be battling who gets to sleep in it

Their customer service is non-existent. You can email them directly, use their website's web form, social media, or call their phone line directly - no one will answer you and I've tried for 3+ months. Overpriced mediocre products.

Coupon didn't work at checkout, emailed multiple times and DM'd multiple times on social media with a few blank responses that it will be taken care of. Absolutely no follow through. Too bad because the products are fun, and we have several now, but will not buy again and cannot recommend.

I purchased p*** bags online. Transaction went smoothly. I later received an email that the item was not in stock. I was given several options . I telephoned the company to decline and was given another option that worked for me. A day or so later I received an email that my item had shipped & was provided a UPS tracking #. I immediate checked the tracking status which read "shipping label created". About a week and half later I checked the tracking status it said the same thing . I emailed the company and didn't receive a response . I had forgotten about the order until 4 weeks later. I telephoned the store and informed the woman that I had emailed them in regards to the shipment status of my item . She tells me she's checking the tracking oh but the computer has frozen . A few seconds later she tells me that she sees that the item has left their facility. I asked her where does she see that because as I stated to her when she answered the phone I had just checked the tracking . I also checked it again after she told me that she sees that it shipped . I said no it says shipping label created and at this point I just want a refund . She tells me it'll take a minute. I know that sometimes people use the word minute for the total opposite, so I asked for clarity lol. She said the email will come to you in a minute or minute and a half. I love their products. I was first introduced to them at Home Goods but it's hit and miss with them at times. I wish that she would've at least offered to re-ship the item but that didn't happen. Lucky for me I've found them on eBay .

It's a rip off, ordered around Christmas, the bed was too small and I attempted to return it but not an easy process. Then when someone finally replied and I sent the bed back, they charged me for the return And them emailed me that the bed was returned in bad shape. No refund, bad service. The bed was never used.

Purchased an item for my nephews French bulldog, it happened to be to small. It was difficult to find an easy way to return, then no one responded to my emails. When I was finally sent a link to fill out my return information I was charged a return fee and a final insult of being emailed that the bed was found in horrible condition.
