Very friendly and helpful. They provided a range of options and costs that helped me pick a beautiful arrangement for a loved one that passed away. I am in a different city so they were able to help via phone calls and texts. I completely recommend them. They are local and a small business that executes lovely floral designs.

I use to live in Chicago, IL but now live in Racine, Wisconsin, over the years I have ordered flowers from Nancy for my family especially for my Mom who will be 91 this year and everyone has been happy with the quality of beautiful flowers Nancy carries. I highly recommend them. Also last Mother’s Day I bought 6 bouquet’s of beautiful flowers for some of the mothers in my family when I was visiting, everyone told me how very special they felt for their beautiful bouquet of flowers from Nancy’s❤️??Sincerely, Camila

Absolutely devastated. I understand sometimes things happen, but this was definitely a disaster. I started communicating with Ivette maybe three weeks prior to my grandmother's funeral held at Rose Hills. I settled on a heart shaped wreath, paid for it via Venmo and even followed up a few days prior to the funeral to make sure everything was a OK. Fast forward to the funeral, I walk in and everyone's flowers are there except for mine. I was absolutely heartbroken. I texted, called, spoke with everyone possible to find out where the hell these flowers were. They were nowhere to be found and the ceremony had already started. Finally, I got ahold of her after multiple phone calls. I had to literally run out half way to take the call. She told me that the driver started their delivery at 10:20 AM for an 11 o'clock ceremony. We have no idea where anything went and Rose Hills went back-and-forth, trying to communicate, and find out where the flowers were. I literally spent part of the ceremony worrying about these flowers instead of being focused on what was going on. No one could give me an answer. At first Ivette told me that the driver had already dropped off the flowers. Upon speaking with Rose Hills, they said they had not gotten anything. Ivette then told me that she was not able to get a hold of the driver. After all was said and done, the ceremony ended, and the flowers did not arrive. Ivette did text me a photo of my flowers so I do know she did indeed make them. I understand that this seems to be a driver issue, but as Rose Hills did mention, the number one thing that all the drivers do is take a photo to confirm to the customer and to the business that the flowers were indeed delivered and received. She did mention that she would refund my money, but this is just based on principle at this point. She had said that she delivered many times to Rose Hills. At this point honestly, don't know what happened or what the story is.

I found this flower shop on google maps because it was nearby the Calvary Cemetery where the services for a loved one were being held. I was able to do the order by phone and text messaging. They made the process easy as I’m from out of town. The flower arrangement was delivered to the services and when I arrived they were placed at the entrance. The flower arrangement was beautiful and we were extremely satisfied with it and the overall service. I highly recommend this flower shop.

I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter-in-law who just had a baby, my first grandchild. I spoke to Ivette and showed her a pic of the arrangement I would like. She did a great job and the flowers were very fresh and beautiful.
