Mrs. Foreman and her team go the extra mile for their clients. Serena and Jennifer have been doing my taxes for over 30 years. One word I would use for them is trustworthy!

This woman Serena Foreman is a scam artist fraudster, she needs to be put out of business. I gave her my taxes in march of 2020 she made excuses for months about being busy, then she calls me in October of 2020 and tells me that the IRS wants me to do my taxes ASAP and she needs $1400 to finish them so that I could get my stimulus money. she then dodged my calls for months after I called the IRS they told me that she never filed any taxes for me. they also told me that they have no PD number for Serena Foreman. she is a lying thief.

This place is a fraud!! Beware!! My husband filed our taxes with Serena N Foreman 4 months ago. She didn't provide confirmation number from the IRS. We never received our tax refund. When we call she doesn't pick up. She does not return emails, she is non responsive. We called the IRS and they said she never filled our taxes. When we finally got a hold of her and she tried to blame it on Covid. Then lied and said she spoke to IRS and they were expediting our taxes. When we asked her if she can please give us the confirmation number, she said she couldn't get into her computer because of the storm. Lies, lies lies... Please Beware, we just looked her up and she doesn't have credentials. Do your homework before going to this place. SCAM ARTIST

i rated this place with one star this place is horrible with customer service they don't ever answer their phones or emails and it takes them almost 2 weeks to return a call which is really sad i wouldn't recommend anyone to this place jus straight fraudulent

I have been a client with NAJ since 2001. The services I've received have always been excellent. The first year I went to them, my husband and I at the time were newlyweds and he had not filed his taxes in five years. Serena worked a miracle and got everything squared away for him. The marriage did not last, but I have continued with NAJ for all of my tax services.

I have been doing my taxes at this family owned and operated business for many years and have never been disappointed. I've grown to expect the warm welcome and excellent customer service which in my opinion is second to none. When necessary, they have always followed up in a timely manner as well as keep open lines of communication when dealing with any issues that may arise with the IRS regarding your tax return. The high level of service and knowledge has proven to be unmatched. I would recommend NAJ to anyone looking for a positive and beneficial accounting experience!

NAJ Accounting is a scam!!!! Serena Foreman was recommended to me by a friend of mine four years ago. I went to her to help me with my audit issues. To date I have had my account levied by the State for 10k that she assured me will be taken care of and confirmed she put a 60!day hold on. After FTB took the money she promised me I would get it back in three to four weeks, then it turned to six months we are now past two years and she is still dragging me around. I now have over 6k owed to IRS, and am under levy to date. She will not return my calls or release my doc's. She has taken my money, dragged me around for years with false promises and ZERO results. Don't go to her. Unless you like sleepless nights and empty bank accounts. They are a fraud!!!

I had a great experience with NAJ Accounting Services. I owed the IRS over 100,000 and after they were done, the IRS owed me over 50,000... Ive noticed that over the years illness has slowed them down and made them harder to get a hold of. But watch out, because if that sickness is dealt with, they are a force to be reckoned with, when it comes to getting your taxes done...and at that point, i highly recommend them...

This is by far the worst prepare of taxes I have ever been made to know...!! Please be careful, because they promised that they are actually going to help you and intern take your money and run I've been trying to contact Jennifer for over 6 months now - she has taken my paperwork and my money and I have had nothing in return but dodged phone calls
