When Nubo ran this place it was the best, too bad he retired because the new management Hiro is completely unprofessional. I used to come here for years and I knew the prices , one day I come in and they more than doubled under his management . He didn’t let me know ahead of time or anything and when questioned about it he responded with a distasteful attitude and at that moment I realized this business was ruined . Completely useless.

I took my car to have the AC fixed but they told me it was the (FAN RADIATOR)And they told me we have to check and we'll let you know how much it will cost and I'm still waiting... they'd better have said that they can't fix it...

Our diesel sprinter was having an overheating problem. This shop did some diagnostic testing and found a couple of problems with the cooling system and gave an estimate of what the repairs would cost.

NT auto repair shops here are very reliable. Anyway, they are very kind and have good customer service.And there are excellent Japanese mechanics.

I had a (more complicated than anticipated) headlight problem while on vacation. Originally took my car to Pep Boys while I was traveling, but they quoted me a ridiculous price, and also said the part needed would take 5 days to arrive. I declined service but they still charged me labor. I returned to LA, went to N T, where Nobo quickly diagnosed the issue and the part needed. Fixed my headlight problem the next day for much much less and no b.s. Good, honest neighborhood mechanics. I'll be back.

I had a very bad experience in NT AUTO last month. While driving the engine light was on.I stopped the car, can't started again. I towed my car to the NT AUTO, they told me take about 2 weeks to fix it. After 3days I called them try to find out what's going on ,I was told that the car 's engine was dead and cost $8000 to repair. By the way I have 2011 years lexus Is250 with 95000 miles. So I towed my car to the south county lexus dealership where I got my car. Within 2 hours ,they found out the car had bad gas and fixed it. I paid NT AUTO $200 dollars .what a wasted time, money and energy!!!!!. Never come back again!! Definitely not recommend this place!!!!!

Bad people. Installed a TPMS Monitoring System on my car that kept popping up after I got serviced from them. Just a bunch of nerdy losers with no life that try to scam you out of your money.

Unassuming, plain-dealing and kind. I like these folks. I've been searching for a place to get my Toyota's servicing done nearby, and I think I've finally found it! Went in today with a simple problem and they looked at it straightaway and proposed a simple solution; 30 minutes later everything was fixed. Woohoo!

I needed to fix my little bucket and decided to hop on yelp to see what was affordable and around the area. Since this place had 4 stars I decided to check it out. Oscar was awesome! My check engine light was on and he was kind enough not to charge me to let me know what was was wrong with it. He charged me a adorable rate and best of all he was honest. He was also kind enough to call around a couple places to see if he could find me some cheap new tires. The simple fact that he went above and beyond will definitely make me come back and also recommend all my friends and family to his shop.
