IF YOU LIKE BEING FOLLOWED AROUND WHILE YOU SHOP COME HERE! not welcoming, when you come in the store the first thing they do is try to make you grab a basket. when I said no thank you the store attendant accidentally hit me with the basket and didn't apologize. The owner then came all the way from behind the counter to stand behind my sister and I while we looked around. it's giving anti-Black

DO NOT GO HERE! Just as all of the others had said very rude owners Korean husband and wife. However, the Mexican helper is very friend and helpful, which is why I continue to shop here over the past couple of years (probably about 10 visits in that time) Monday I decided to offer my customers a new product, in which I will need to offer a variety of patches. I spent $57.93 paid with my business debit card. I gave my card to the Korean young man working, meanwhile the owner told him, I will put her patches in the bag. Meanwhile he takes my card to the counter, while I'm watching her. It was taking her sooooo long to put the stuff in the bag I started to watch her very very closely to see if she was attempting to take some patches out. I discovered today that he ran my debit card twice for the same amount. Of course I contacted my bank and they have refunded me my money. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was an accident, I called the store and he denied it. I pray they go out of business and real soon. Does anyone know another place to get patches from downtown? Please put it in the reviews. We need to drive them out of business and I need to find another patch place

Great selection, honest and helpful staff. Make sure you pay your parking meter or LA will bite you. I was making at least one trip a month there over the past several years. Other than playing reindeer games with Parking Enforcement this place is great.

Never ever shop here!!! Rudest customer service i've ever experienced!! We have been yelled at, cursed, was called names by the employees. We arrived 15 mins before closing and they would not let us shop. We have been loyal customers and have supported there business by purchasing thousands of dollars worth of patches. We will no longer ever support these mean rude people. You just lost a lot of business MY T.

Cant believe what i just witnessed. I come to this store everyday and spend money here and the new worker tells me to put my drink down..i didnt hear him i had my headphones on then he yells at me. Then he shoves the tray into my hand which my hand still hurts from that. Then they tell me to leave the store. Its giving racist and bad service. Please hire new workers before this kid destroys your business.

This is one of the worst places to shop the owner and his wife is the most RUDE and PREJUDICE people I’ve ever had to deal with as a customer spending money with someone I will never set foot in that place ever again don’t understand how someone can be so PREJUDICE with people that spend money with them and to called out of my name (monkey) have done it for me JUST SAD

Stay away from this store the owners are racist me and my friend was shopping In this store on 10/12/2021 and was having a conversation with another customer and the two owners Husband & Wife approached the 3 of us snatched the T-Shirts out of my hand that I was holding & going to purchase then the two owners approached us again and snatched my friend basket of things she wanted to purchase and yelled at us stating y'all get the f*** out of my store It was shocking to us were like what did we do what just happen people need to really think cause things could of gotten ugly so just beware when you shop here very rude owners BEWARE of this place

I love this place! I always come here to get patches to embellish handbags for costumes. During my last visit, I picked up a bunch of them to adorn jeans with, after a pair of floral/embroidered Gucci jeans at Nordstrom inspired me. For only a fraction of the cost, I now have three super cute pairs of floral jeans -- and a new hobby! I get so many compliments on them everywhere I go. I tell everyone about this place and I've never remembered the name, just directions. That's part of the reason I'm writing this review, because I never want to forget again!
