Just took my doggie Niece there for a shampoo and nail clip and she came back smelling and looking like a New dog! The price was very good as well! Definitely recommending and coming back!

First time visiting. Did a great job tidying the face of my cockapoo Oliver! His post-groom cuteness went beyond our expectation. Shop manager was nice. They were also able to accommodate us on the same day before the holiday which was a plus.

Really great service ! They are always so kind ! Even if they are super busy they give my cat their full attention and cut its nails and do a quick shave of the butt. Normally this place only groom dogs . But I like their extra care for nail cutting I actually don’t have to come back for a while ! I hold his head because my cat always moves around a little when cutting nails and cause he is scared of coming out of the house. But the owner gentle and caring energy always calms him. My cat doesn’t even let me catch him when I come towards him with nail clippers. So him trusting the Mung owners is a big deal . Haha ! Animals always know best ! Great place , would definitely recommend !

Ok wow, I wish I had read these reviews sooner I stated taking my dog here in 2022 when I first got him and he was just a puppy. I dealt directly with the owners and had a decent experience The place does smell like pee which should have been a red flag but I figured it's because the building is old. Another thing i appreciated is that they never turned my dog away, they were always willing to see him last minute. The older male gentleman has always been delightful to work with, he as come out for nail trims and is so sweet with my dog.Over time this has changed. Their son started working there and loooooong story short he's a narcissist and loves to gaslight you into believing things you know aren't true. For example each time I bring my dog the price is mysteriously higher and the reason changes each time "oh because his hair is matted" (even though i brush him daily) oh he's a standard sized dog "even though I have a 30lb mini golden doodle" most recently when i arrived he tried to charge me 200 dollars for a haircut and wash. HE LITERALLY MAKES UP PRICES ON THE SPOT. I said to myself "In this stinky place overly filled with little loud dogs when places much nicer and more humane like Sasha Cats and Dogs on Berendo would only charge 150?!" ABSOLUTELY NOT! I told then son how I felt and left them called him on my way home to let him know we aren't returning. My dog didn't get his bath or anything and I would never take him back.MOST IMPORTANTLY my puppy hates going here! And I should have listened to his body language because he's always pulling away....I thoughtIt's just normal anxiety but now I'm retrospect I think he was mistreated or abused here. I can't confirm it but he never behaves this way at any other groomer. He usually gets excited to go be groomed and be around other pets. Dogs are intelligent and we have to trust their instincts!Most of their clientele are probably people in the neighborhood who never check yelp but if you are wisely doing your research, BEWARE!

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR FURRY FRIEND TO THIS PET SHOP. !PLEASE!! My dog had been treated so poorly here, and there are dogs whining and shivering, and they don’t even acknowledge the dogs. My dog got groomed here, and she stated building up trauma to the point where we cannot touch and pet her. I would give this place a 1 star if I could’ve.

I had been looking for a new groomer for a while and I’m so happy I found this location. My dog was long overdue for a haircut and they took such good care of him and made him look brand new! I absolutely recommend this place♥️

Frankie loved his experience. This was our first time coming to get grooming done here. At first he was a little scared but he normally is when going to the groomers. I like how they have a gate right at the door too.I showed them a picture of what I wanted (posted here as well). His hair is curly and although I brush him regularly he definitely needed a professional to do it. They took a picture of what I wanted. I thought it wouldn't be possible since his hair was long and it's curly. If you're looking for a Teddybear cut this is the place. I really recommend showing them exactly like you want like I did. They also do a quick consultation regarding services and prices before you head out. I was okay with paying more to keep length although it would've been less if they just cut it. I appreciate them going over that with me instead of surprising me later. Plenty of street parking in front of the store or the side streets. You can put a coin in the meter for 15 minutes or pay with a credit card.
