I have taken my car to Mr Kools on several occasions. At each visit, I was taken care of by Luis. He is such a incredibly kind and knowledgeable young man. He is very honest and communicates with you as your car is being repaired. He is very dedicated and treats his customer with warmth and respect.
The only person I trust with my car is Luis and Mr.Kool.

Took my car to a different mechanic and as soon as I left my breaks were squeaking. Didn’t trust that place anymore they didn’t do anything to fix them. My sister recommended me Luis and I brought my car in. He gave me a price was very helpful. Changed my breaks and they did an amazing job. 10/10

I initially took my car to another shop and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car . So I took it to Mr Kools on Hoover and Slauson . They resolved my issue in a professional and timely manner and a very decent price!!! They guys are friendly , honest and very helpful. Very satisfied with my experience

They over charged me and used my car for their personal use, I was there about 4 months ago for a diagnostic and the fat guy on the front desk drove my car with another worker and came back just to bring their van. They charged me over 600 for spark plugs wich didn't even last 6 months.

This business deserves every dollar they receive. They gave me the best option to fix my ac and it wasn’t even half what I expected or was previously estimated by other mechanics. Really informative as well they don’t just take your money they explain what it’s actually paying for. I love it here !!!

I started goin to Mr. Kool’s Auto, following my daughter, who searches and seeks out what’s best for her, in certain situations. One particular her first bought car, she came in for an oil change I believe. Was so satisfied with the service she referred me. Myself and her have been goin to Mr. Kool’s ever since, if needed. Please believe they will get you right, if not, come back, but I doubt it. Thank you Luis and your staff, for always being so kind and approachable at all times. I really appreciate the honesty, prices, service and all around, great Business you guys run.
