They worked nonstop and I literally had to make them take a minute to take breaks. they were considerate with my stuff and wrapped everything really nicely. They handled any issue that would pop up and just kept working. They were really, really good!
Move took a little longer than expected, but that was my fault, mostly because I wasn't 100% ready and I thought I had less stuff than I did. I probably should have hired one more person, but Dimitri and Evgeiny made it happen!”

“We cannot say enough good things about Serge and his team with Sinatra Movers ! We were dreading the process of moving from LA to Pasadena. After calling many other movers for estimates our dread was confirmed because of their high costs. We were trying to figure out how we could do this ourselves when we found Sinatra Movers. We were so pleased, first at Mary friendly personality and understanding of what we needed…and his price was reasonable! Too good to be true? No! When moving day came, Serge and his team were there, working hard and professionally. They wrapped everything so well and packed it all so perfectly, that when they unloaded (and put everything where it belonged in our new home), absolutely EVERYTHING was perfectly fine! All the units are on the ground floor (some units are on the ground floor but require a ladder to access), however, no stairs or elevators or a bunch of access codes to access unlike the other storage places from around the corner. The staff here are especially friendly and take great pride in their work. One of the staff, Chris is super helpful and responsive. I haven't had the chance to personally talk with other staff members but they all seem very nice!

“We requested quotes from multiple companies for our 2BR apartment move and Prodigy Moving was the most responsive and helpful with explaining all possible fees and options. Veronica was our first contact and she walked us through the whole process and helped us reserve our move. On moving day, the move foreman, Hector, was prompt, professional, and friendly. He and his two crew members took great care in wrapping, taping, and loading everything into the truck and getting it to our new place. They were equally careful (and quick!) in unloading into our apartment.

“Lee and his team came and moved my storage unit to my new apartment. My last movers packed it so badly, yeah bad enough that there was a huge collapse of boxes and furniture, which left a big mess. I was so embarrassed that I had to leave and left them to it, and hoping these guys weren’t like me unknown in this field, what to do, how to do this -packing and loading stuff. These fellas handed me my stuff and they turned up at my new home sooner than I thought. And neatly stacked and put things away for me. I would highly recommend Lee and his team. Mr Lee your an asset and my new friend, because you proved to me that there are still hard working men like you, with experiences and plus we established trust, all because I walked away and you took care of me on my end without lifting or checking up on you. “My wife and I needed to have everything in our kitchen boxed up and moved into a storage container, because the kitchen is going to be demolished for a remodel. We are in our 70's and could not do it ourselves. I looked for a local service that could box up our stuff and put it into the pod and I found Muraway Moving. After talking with Jesse on the phone, I booked a packing service with them.Dominic and Mauricio are the two strongmen who arrived at our home and they were courteous and got started right away moving the heavy appliances. Then the numerous boxes of dishes and pots and pans and the pantry, etc were quickly packed and moved out to the pod. They also moved a few pieces of furniture. And finally they wrestled a large and heavy fridge out to our patio so that we could use it during the months of remodeling that will be happening.We are so relieved to have had them do this for us, and they did it with great professionalism and efficiency.”
“EDIT: The water is a little bit warmer than what it was but me and another resident still thought it was cold. Heated pool needs to feel as if I'm in the Caribbean or in florida Beach or pools. As that is what I expect when I hear heated. Pool is small too so would have thought heat went all over quickly. But still nice place to tan even w the water being cold. Tanned yesterday.!
EDIT: Glad to know the pool is finally heated. Ik I did try it about a month and half ago and the water was freezing. So we just sat on the chairs. I'll def try the water and test it to make sure it is warm haha
I've lived here almost a year and not many bad things about the place. Maintenance answers inquires really quickly. Haven't had any noise complaints on our end thankfully. Haven't needed the leasing agents for much either.
When we first moved in there were issues. Seems like the move in cleaning was rushed and it's more of a faux luxury and not a real one as certain things peels off and don't actual look luxury. But we like it. Not a big deal for us.
You do hear people above us sound like they are stomping but honestly that's any apt I am in so that isn't a big deal either. They are quiet by the time night time happens. I'm sure we sound the same to the floor below us too haha.
Overall a cool place to be. Wish the pool was heated or they need a jacuzzi for these very cold days.”

“Viktor and Dashi were freakin awesome. I had a 2 bedroom move, and they got here on time, and immediately got to work. They literally worked all day long, without me having to pay any attention at all. I was moving from one apartment to another with the exact same layout and I asked them basically recreate my apartment by putting furniture and key items in the same place.I didn't give any direction at the new place, and when I walked in hours later, I was stunned at how well and perfectly they'd made the living room, the bedroom, set up my office space and kitchen area. I was able to sleep in my room that night without ANY stress or boxes everywhere.Would definitely use this team again!”
