Moorevisons are scammers. They claimed my wife insurance and now don't want to provide her with her glasses. They are giving her so many excuses and they are rude when asked about pending credit. Please repot to BBB this is insane.

For more that 15 years I had really good experience coming to this clinic the Dr. Hamlet is really amazing. Really disappointed with the clinic closed. Still waiting for pending exams. I wish you the best Dr.

I write this review with a heavy heart. I've been going to Dr. Hamlet for the last 13 to 14 years and as of recently have been disappointed at the customer service. I had never had issues, but now I can't even get a call back to the multiple voicemails left. I've been able to get through twice, and both times they said they would call me back. No call backs were received, instead I continued to call. Dr. Hamlet I hope this can be resolved, because you are so great, but the front desk has been such a headache. A month before the move began, I was told they'd have my glasses ready within two weeks, today I was told my glasses were possibly not even ordered.

I do not enjoy writing this review as I love Dr.Hamlet but I have no other option. After trying for multiple days (and leaving messages) to schedule an appointment, I managed to get a date to come in for an eye exam so I can get new contact lenses. On the day of my exam, the same person called me to cancel but said I can come the next day which is fine. After taking time off work and driving for an hour I see the store is closed before the 5pm closing hours that I was told. I decided to call the same employee to get an explanation and his reply was "I forgot to tell you." To get a better answer/service, I asked to speak with his manager or Dr Hamlet and the employee refused. Dr Hamlet I wish I could have spoke to you to fix this but this Yelp review seems to be my only option. I am very sorry but after nearly 10 years I cannot visit after todays episode. I'll miss how much you care and try to help however the employees are clearly incompetent with no sense of customer service. I wish you the best.

Needed to re-up my contact prescription. Fast exam, affordable, and got me exactly what I needed. No pressure to buy anything, and I walked out with my prescription in hand.

I've been coming here for the past 15 years. They were always reliable and would get my contact lenses and glasses in within a reasonable time. But, I don't know what's happened within the last 3 years that they're services and work ethic have gone down hill tremendously. Last time I was there, I showed up when they're meant to open with 4 people already waiting outside, and no one from the staff showed up till about 35 minutes later. Some of the people had waited much longer since they expected Moore Vision to open on time. I even made a remark about the times listed on the door, "Are those times accurate, because we've been waiting for awhile." Plus, there was another instance when they closed unexpectedly early and I had driven from far in the Valley. This was disappointing and frustrating so I began going to another optometrist due to all the mishaps. I hope they can get this figured out because they use to be great.

I had a great experience at the office today. The Doctor and Staff got me in for a visit quickly. I had a contact lens fitting and my vision and RX were corrected today. I CAN SEE MUCH BETTER! Thanks so much for the great service and the quick visit today. Super effective and efficient. Great team!

I like Dr. Hamlet but I think they are overcharging me for One box of contact lens for $135. Air optix colors at Costco/Walmart is only $75 per box. Now I'm still contemplating if I want to go back to this place since all the people I know already left. They rarely pick up the calls and the hours posted in this site is not true.

I love Hamlet as a doctor but his business is horrible. They are never open during the hours posted. They never return phone calls or emails. Zero communication. I made an appointment for Wednesday. I said it was emergency. I was going out of town and needed new prescription. He canceled on me on Wed. Then rescheduled for Saturday. I show up on Saturday and the kid behind the desk says the doctor is not coming in today. WTF?!?! Cancels on me twice!!! Well he just lost a customer!! Really shitty business practices.
