I called SO many moving companies to ask for rates and the hidden fees because I did not want to be surprised. This company was honest and upfront about their fees. I called other more highly rated companies but the customer service was either rude or were not upfront/clear about the hidden fees. My parents and I were SO happy with the service this company provided. They were so professional and kind. We saved their number for all our future moves!! Thank you so much for helping my parents move! My mom tried moving a small light box and one of the movers told her that’s their job and grabbed the box for her. Hire them for your move, you won’t regret it.

We used these movers and they were excellent. Eric was very professional, worked with my schedule and they helped us package and wrap our fragile items and get into my new home very quickley. 5 stars!

Eric helped us out with moving and storage at the last minute when our house was not ready he was able to help us reschedule our move so we can move in when we we’re ready. Very punctual and always kept me updated the whole way!!

Amazing pricing for the amount of work that was completed. I moved from Beverly park to Irvine this pass weekend. Other companies wanted to charge me more to move that date plus stairs fee. These guys had a straight forward price. I had more stuff than I knew what to do with. Super professional and respectful at all times. I will call again. 100 percent Highly recommend crew.

What can i say about this moving company from the first day i called Eric he sounded very down to earth he made my experience pleasant there quickl and very careful he has no hidden fees to worry about , Not to mention thay are very reasonable I highly recommend this moving company look no further!! The two guys who came out were very professional. They got started right away picking up boxes,being very cautious with all my personal items, and overall very fast. They did a great job, and the price was fair as well.

My job moves a lot and I have to pick up and go every so often. With moving around I have picked up a lot of things from different places that mean the world to me. So I need a company that will protect my belongings and still give a reasonable price. My last move I chose this company because of its great reviews and competitive pricing. At first I figured for the price I was going to have to give up a little bit of quality or something… not with this moving company! The professionalism was above and beyond! The Moober team was nice and worked hard, but they either lack experience or were not prepared for the task. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve had moving. This was our 3rd time hiring a moving company and Moober having the highest rates from all the companies we heard from Thumbtack, we expected the service to be great - their original quote was about double what we got from other service providers, once we expressed that the price was too high, they offered a discount to use recycled packaging materials, which sounded great; their quote was still the most expensive but they had good reviews, so we went ahead with them. We were moving out of a 2br townhouse, we had some boxes/storage bins in the garage and planters and patio furniture in the balcony.I reached out to ask if an inspection/inventory would be done, I was reassured I had nothing to worry about since they’d come prepared to move a 3-4 bd house. And to be honest the size of the truck was more than sufficient had things been packed properly. I’ll elaborate on that! But mid-afternoon, the truck was filling up & I brought it up to their attention and was again reassured that there should be no issues, that things would be rearranged. A couple of hours later I was being asked which planters to leave behind, and to load my car more, which I had already loaded with more delicate items (computers, etc)… they rearranged my car and jammed even some plants in it- I even had to bring up that I wasn’t comfortable driving with the rear view mirror blocked! And yes, you read that right- planters went in my car- when they asked which ‘one’ to leave behind, I chose one then while loading I was told another one couldn’t make it & after they left I found one in the bushes and another planter by the dumpster.This was also the first time movers did not bring ANY protective materials to cover carpet, floors, etc. when they left, both places were a mess!There was no sense of organization- you’d expect to pack a room and move on to the next one- not the case here- for example the guess BR was “done” and I found all my shirts in the closet still in hangers. The master bathroom was packed (‘packed’ means everything was thrown inside a box- yes, things leaked and broke) yet I found the mirror cabinet untouched, Same with the half bathroom downstairs- I packed them as they were ‘rearranging’ things in the truck once they realized ‘things were not going to fit’… then they got in the truck about to leave, no walk-through- I went back to check & found the coat closet full. I ran to let them know, they got off the truck & went back up, as I continued checking things upstairs, they took those items down, and when I went downstairs I found them cramming them in my already full car.Even though they arrived 9:40am, we got to our new place around 10:30pm -2hrs away.The unloading wasn’t smooth either, lots of items were just left in our garage.Here are some examples of what I mean by poor packing: groceries from the pantry were packed in our reusable grocery bags, boxes were filled up to the top, using the lids as extensions, so they were not closed, but wrapped in plastic and then sort of stacked. The kitchen items that were not glass, were jammed into a boxes, not organized, no paper to protect from scratches, or spills, -yes, I had to clean flour from bags that broke, oil and vinegar that leaked… There was no logic on what got thrown in the same bag/box.That packing style and the boxes unloaded in the garage and not even by content, and of course no labels, has made the unpacking really hard- i found the box with the bathroom items under two storage bins in the garage, the only box that was taken to my office was marked “home office” but once I opened it, it had the blended, coffee maker, coffee grinder, food processor…At this point I’m surprised that we don’t have as much damage, scratches, dents and spillages! I have to paint off scratches on some furniture, specially the patio table.
