Do NOT come here. The lady and her assistants filed all my tax paperwork wrong. When I was trying to reach out to them via email, text message, or phone calls to help me solve the problem she would never answer. Her office was never open and when it was she would never be there just her assistants and they never knew what to do.

A bad experience with them, they are not professionals, I am waiting for my money from last year and nothing, I call them and they do not answer, the place is always closed and they also charge a lot for taxes, I do not recommend them

It is the new tax year, and I will continue to post every year about the horrible time I went through during my experience with the IRS because of all to blame this place. Long time customer, to be exact, over 24 years. It's all fine and dandy for the first years until you get audited by the IRS, and then you're left alone to stand. Furthermore, the FEES are extremely expensive for the services. Good luck to those who choose to use this service. Proceed with caution.

This business is very bad, they are expensive, I paid for an electronic return and she charged me 300 dollars. I trusted her. A month passed and the IRS still did not receive my taxes. She had not even sent them. I went to her business and asked for my money. Until then, she helped me. and at that moment he sent them that "supposedly" he had given me some credits that did not belong to me, you tell me that he just made the mate that he had made them for me and to receive his money that was in him.mome please don't go where It's a very bad business, spread the word, look for another place.

Horrible! Don’t waste your time! Absolutely unprofessional team, last year it took sooo long and they almost lost my documents! This year I couldn’t even get there because their working hours don’t correspond to the schedule!

This business does not keep business hours. Their voicemail is full so there's no way to even leave a message to find out when they're actually open. So disappointed.

Sin embargo, si y cuando sea tu auditoría por parte del IRS, ella te dejará morir. ¡MANTÉNGASE ALEJADO! Muchos otros lugares que hacen lo mismo por un mejor precio y servicio al cliente.

I have used Montano income tax service for over 20 years and have been extremely happy! She does both my business and personal taxes. Not only do you get personalized service but this is a CPA who attends classes every year for tax updates and takes pride in her work. She will work for every penny that you deserve and have earned. If there are any questions by the IRS she personally represents you to conclusion and resolution. I highly recommend Montano Income Tax Service and as long as they are in business they'll be doing my taxes. I was not paid or asked to do this review, I'm doing it simply because it was earned.

I’ve been trying to get a hold off montanoShe did my taxes 2 years ago and up to this day she still hasn’t been able to finish my taxes ! Every time I show up to your place she is never there and she just keeps giving me excuses that the irs need more paper and I provide that paper and she still hasn’t resolved my taxesAVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST ! IM SUEING HERANOTHER PERSON IS ALSO SUEING HER FOR FRAUD !!! AVOID HER !!!

If there is one word to summarize this place it would be SHADY. Beware...they use your information on other people's taxes, claim things that don't exist, don't give customers copies of forms they are legally entitled to, are very unresponsive, have been in trouble with the law in the past, and cheat people beyond belief. My family had been going here for years & 4 of us have found royal screw ups with past taxes, which we only discovered by finally switching to more legitimate tax services...resulting in thousands of dollars to fix, constant frustration at their unresponsiveness, headaches and so much health-affecting stress. You just don't mess with the IRS...so SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT MESS WITH THIS TAX SERVICE! We are just one family, but I can only imagine how many others have been screwed by them. They service many in our Latino communities & my heart breaks for those who humbly put their trust in Montano's tax service.
