Spent a Saturday afternoon with my niece to be at Monique’s. A place she has dreamed about for many years! The lady that she was assisted by was amazingly professional and on point! 3 dresses in and my niece had found her dress❤️ the collection of wedding dresses & gowns were TDF!! And I have walked away with an appreciation for the designs of Monique Lhuillier

Worse customer service bridal experience everI had a really disappointing experience at the Monique Lhuillier store in Los Angeles. The employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful, which made for an uncomfortable and frustrating shopping experience.When I asked about alterations and modifications for a wedding dress I was interested in, the staff seemed completely clueless and untrained. They couldn't provide me with any helpful information, which left me feeling like I was wasting my time.To make matters worse, I was limited in the number of dresses I could try on. This was a major disappointment, as I was hoping to explore a variety of options to find the perfect dress. It felt like the staff was rushing me out of the store, which only added to my frustration.To top it all off, when I left the store, the staff didn't even say goodbye. They just disappeared, which was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I recently got engaged and have been so excited to make an appointment at Monique Lhuillier -- her gowns are truly stunning. I reached out via their website contact form and a couple days later someone called me to schedule an appointment. Great, done. Fast forward-- we walk up to the store on our appointment day and the associate, Priscilla, opens the door asking us how she can help us. We let her know we're here for an appointment and she proceeds to leave us outside for 10 mins while she "checking our appointment". It wasn't until another mother/daughter walk up and another associate who let them in asks us how she can help us, till the other associate finally lets us inside. Finally while we wait inside, Priscilla rudely lets me know that unfortunately they're all booked up today and looks like I don't have an appointment -- although there is a note in the system that they called me previously (which was when I scheduled the appointment via phone!). Instead of realizing there must have been a mistake on their end and apologizing, she just said unfortunately there's no one to help you and maybe we can try to find another day for you to come back. Mind you, my mom drove all the way from Calabasas to meet me for this appointment. It was such a horrible experience. These ladies are supposed to make you feel warm and fuzzy for your special day! There could have been so many other ways to handle this situation and that was not it. I will not be giving a dollar of commission to anyone who treats us this way and will be looking for my wedding gown elsewhere.

I wish I could give negative stars. My daughter made an appointment to try on bridal gowns. We got there this morning on time and went up to the door. A sales person opened the door and asked us what we wanted. We told her we had an appointment. She said she would check and close the door leaving us in the street. About 10 minutes later another mother and daughter came to the door and another sales person opened the door, let them in, asked us what we needed and when we said we had an appointment she opened the door and let us in. Then the first sales woman came back and called my daughter by the wrong name, said there was no appointment for us in their books. Then she proceeded to tell us that they were fully booked and maybe they can find another appointment for us. No apology about their mistake. She was so rude and condescending that I started to get more and more angry. She kept up her obnoxious attitude. I finally couldn't take it anymore and told my daughter we are leaving. I will never pay a dollar to anyone who hires such a rude person to sell for them. Walked out made a few calls and another Beverly Hills bridal shop had an opening and got us in. I think we might have even found "the" dress at this shop. Very sad that some people act as if they were raised in a barn. Not a single we are sorry for a mistake they made.

The best bridal experience you could have. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated with such kindness and thoughtfulness. Lindsay was the best consultant you could possibly have and made us feel so comfortable and happy. Her knowledge and patience is unmatched. She is a gem!! The dresses are all exquisite and I could have closed my eyes and picked any of them! Every single one I tried on felt unique and couture. The shop itself is beautiful and fun to visit. I can’t wait to wear my dress on the big day and I will most definitely be a lifelong customer.

Like so many other couples, my husband and I were supposed to get married in 2020. So in January 2020, my mom, my maid of honor, and I headed over to Melrose to my appointment at Monique Lhuillier. Like meeting my would-be husband, seeing my would-be wedding dress for the first time was love at first sight. I didn't really anticipate buying my dress right then and there, but I tried on the Bloom Gown and that was that. Then March came around, and the world shut down with the pandemic. My poor dress waited around for over two more years, until it finally had its moment in the sun. But when it did in summer 2022, boy what a moment it was. Monique Lhuillier's work is sublime. I have never looked more beautiful or worn anything more precious in my life, and if there's ever a time to look your best it's got to be your wedding day. I can't recommend Monique Lhuillier and all the wonderful women who work at the Melrose store, especially Mary Wagner who helped me along the way, more highly.

I went with my friend this past weekend to support her trying on wedding dresses with her mom! They have you show vaccination cards at the door or you will be required to wear a mask. We were shown where to sit on 2 super cute couches and were offered sparkling or regular water. The woman helping my friend was fantastic. She listened to exactly what she was looking for and made her feel comfortable. The dresses at Monique are literally made for an actual woman to wear. They are tailored to a T so you can rock that wedding dress down the isle looking you absolute best. I would definitely recommend

Just visited last weekend to look for wedding dress, and I want to give a big shout out to Lindsay who helped me during my appointment. I went to few other wedding boutique shops and designer flagship stores before going to Monqiue Lhuillier flagship store in Melrose, and not only the dress captured my heart, but it was truly Lindsay's down to earth attention that made me decide to purchase the dress for my big day.She did not make the shopping experience feel like I am just one of the customers who could possibly bring in money (this is experience i had elsewhere), but she was genuinely interested in finding the right one for my day. I built up anxiety from different stores since they kept on mentioning that i'm late in dress shopping, and that i would have to order ASAP, but Lindsay helped me to enjoy the shopping by giving me assurance that I am not late and that everything will be on time.Thank you so much Lindsay for everything, and I strongly recommend working with her if you are considering Monique Lhuillier for any of your special occasions.
