Nasty and disgusting meat department, not sure what's going on in this store but there was a fly on the meat. I don't even want to know how much of the meat it stood on and how long it was there for. None of the employees noticed that insect contaminating all the meat, GROSS! Aside from this disgusting and disturbing incident the employees don't pay attention to the customers. More than once we were ignored and left standing there waiting for assistance while the employees are busy with the meat.

My closest store and actually the only store in or nearest Cypress Park and Foothills of Mt.Washington. Great news, found out or at least my favorite Manager "Manny " is back to us. Found him Friday with that smiling welcome and warm smile. A smile we missed and didn't see here for awhile. WELCOME BACK Manny

DUDE!! Absolutely FIVE STARS!! All the employees have been working so DAMN hard during this Covid-19 craziness!! All professional, clean and following the new health policies. I forgot an item, and made a call to the market and they had it ready for us to go back and grab it!! If that's not the BEST customer service when needed during this time, well damn what is?! Thank you for keeping the people of your neighbor healthy AND happy!! Kuddos!!!

This is my go to place for food. Hard working staff that keep a clean and organize store. Very polite and make sure that everyone keeps a safe and healthy distance. They all deserve a raise, in time. Thank you.

I just heard that your store on York Blvd has been raising prices on bagged rice and eggs. This is unacceptable and you should be ashamed for price-gouging your loyal customers. To profit while there are is fear and panic amongst your neighbors is wrong. Just wrong.

This market is a bit outdated but does offer a variety of food to whip up a good meal. The bakery has a lot to offer, good quality and reasonably priced. Plenty of parking. Management should be aware that the milennial working the cash register, Daisy, needs a major attitude adjustment and does not know the difference between cilantro and parsley, and that some products are sold by the weight and you can't charge a flat rate for certain items. If a customer makes a correction and it is your error, learn to be gracious about it. Ignorance is what leads you to believe like you can act like an arrogant, superior being when you're in the wrong. Perhaps learn a thing or two about the products you sell. Oh, and customer service goes a long way so tossing my receipt at me without a mere word is a rude way to conclude a transaction. A simple "thank you for shopping here and supporting my job security" would have been greatly appreciated.

This is my go to place for cakes now. Griselda who works in the Bakery department is professional and helpful. I used to go to another popular place in Montebello but I got tired of how overpriced they were. Super A bakers are just as good affordable, and customer service is great too. Juat look at these adorable cakes I bought at Super A. I bought the butterfly's online but the Baker at Super A baked and frosted the cake EXACTLY the right color ( not too dark) and placed the butterflys EXACTLY how I asked. I'm so impressed and I got so many compliments!

Mostly friendly staff, and convenient as it is in the neighborhood but unfortunately we have encountered mold on at least five occasions shopping in the produce and or "fresh made," items such as salsa and dip's. I dissed trust their accountability when it comes to fresh items and produce. We had to sell says two dips and a pack of mushrooms over the last two years that I have all had mold in them. I would be wary of buying anything "fresh." That's said if you needed some kind of boxed or canned food I would consider it a safe option.

This is my go-to grocery down the street. A+ on service & meats. Raw & Marinated or cooked to go. All solid! We've ordered baked chicken party platters for parties in the past. Big hit. Easy to call & pick up later in day or next day. Fair prices. Friendly staff. Weekends bbq chicken in parking lot makes the whole neighborhood smell awesome!
