Cliché to say but I'll say it anyway. I never leave reviews but felt the need to leave one for Eddie. Rockstar... perfect and best price in the market. This thing is amazing and I didn't have to play any AD waiting games. I'd gladly pay Modern Swiss a "convenience fee" and actually wear the watches I want and not be sitting around waiting/hoping for a call. Thanks again Eddie.

When I saw this mint Daytona on Modern Swiss wedsite I immediately called Eddie. I was honestly a bit stressed to buy on line such a watch. Reading the reviews and talking to Eddie made me feel very comfortable. Eddie was nice enough to talk way after the working hours. I am so happy to have it and the watch is totally conform to the description. Last point, Eddie is very reactive; bought the watch on a Thursday night (like 10pm) and I received it on the Saturday. I can only recommend Eddie.

After five years of saving up for my first Rolex, I came across a listing for a 2019 SD43 Sea Dweller with Modern Swiss. I decided to call and spoke with Eddie who is an absolute professional with a focus on service. You can get a watch anywhere, but when you are spending this kind of money, you want the product to be perfect and have all your questions answered. The watch and purchasing experience exceeded expectations. Specifically, the condition of the watch, boxes, paperwork, tags, etc., all questions answered, showing me how to operate the watch, sizing, no sales pressure, and a fair price. Eddie was simply wonderful and my wife couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We couldn’t afford a new Rolex Date just but this watch looks and runs like new. I ordered the watch and it arrived the following day, just as described. Eddie’s communication is excellent. He took the time to explain every question, take detailed pictures, and when we received the watch it was exactly as we expected, even nicer! It was serviced, tested and polished, arriving in a beautiful original box, already sized for my wife’s wrist. It was the best birthday she ever had. He even included the original dial and bezel and a one year warranty. I would buy from him again.Just an update here. Still 5 stars and Eddie is the best. My wife's watch stopped keeping proper time past the one year warranty. Eddie had it fully serviced working like a .. well, "fine Swiss watch" without charge. I trust him 100% and you can too. You won't go wrong purchasing from Modern Swiss.

Just wanted to take a moment to briefly share my experience regarding my recent purchase from Eddie at Modern Swiss LLC. First of all, It was a pleasure dealing with Eddie. I'm admittedly kind of an old dog when it comes to technology so, it was refreshing to have a total stranger take the time to assist me over the phone with my purchase. Narrating and at the same time, educating me on the basics of using my Macbook. And while there's not enough time to go into details, not to mention the embarrassment, Eddie went waaaaay beyond the call. He is polite, professional, and follows up. I made the purchase in the morning and by the following afternoon, my watch was on my wrist. And I live in Hawaii! The watch's date and time were set to my time zone plus 2 seconds. I guess nobody's perfect. Having said this, after God, Modern Swiss LLC and Eddie are about as close to perfection that you can get in watch sales. WELL DONE EDDIE!!
