I love how Dr Arévalo takes care of me. I have been going to that clinic for years. Lately, I've been calling, and after 10 minutes on hold, they hang up on me. There have been 6 times that I have spoken at different times and THEY DON'T ANSWER! The service of Dr Arévalo; It's unique. Super professional and listens to my questions and/or doubts. Please talk to the people in charge of the phone. If they don't like their job, let them quit!!!

My 2 daughters,, niece and my self have been patients of Modern Concepts Medical Group. I have been with this medical group for over 20 years. I can thank them enough for all the great service and care. We are very happy with our provider Ms. Bustamante. She has an excellent way of caring for patients. Listen to our health related issues, As a nurse I believe that having a good medical provider is important to manage and prevent health issues. Ms. Bustamante has been a major help to one of my daughter's health issues, very supportive and on top of the problem. I have referred many of my family members and friends to Ms. Bustamante and they are very happy with her excellent care. Thank you so much MS. Bustamante and all the staff at Modern Concepts Medical Group.

I have been a patient for quite some time and can honestly say that my doctor Ms.Bustamante truly cares about her patients and takes the time to deal with patients medical needs. She's kind, patient and makes you a team player in your health journey. I highly recommend her!
