for no reason they lock my account after giving them business for so many times and I'm supposed to have my free wash or discounted wash too. what a pathetic app. no support to contact them. trash!

This app consistently tells you the wrong wait time, has no functioning GPS tracker for the washer's actual location, and has no customer service mechanism to find out what's going on or easily cancel without being charged. All you can do is call the washer and they are regularly dishonest about whether they are actually on their way or not. It's common to still be waiting for a 20 minutes ETA over an hour after the request is put in with no movement on the GPS and nothing to do but cancel and write to them after the fact to make sure they dont keep their undeserved cancellation fee.All of this is true regardless of whether a person happens to get a fine experience on a given attempt, so the positive reviews are misleading--you may randomly get a decent washer at a time of day that actually works for them but the fundamental brokenness of the app remains.It may have been more reliable years ago but it is reliably bad now. It mostly gets by on having a near monopoly on mobile wash service in a lot of markets like Los Angeles.

I just had a not so great experience. Booked in advance, 2 SUV, one deluxe and one deluxe with clay and wax add on. The young man showed up, pretty late but it's Sunday so no big deal. Didn't match the business that I was expecting but I figured he had just a different truck. It was clear within the first few minutes, this was not a car wash professional. This was someone that had the Sunday job outsourced to him. He was sweet, but I explained to him (in my second rate Spanish) that it was clear this wasn't his usual job and we'd do the other car a different day. Will cost me time and money to get the greasy interior dressing off the first one. Tried to contact MobileWash, so far unresponsive. The guy didn't know how to use the app so it been sitting in process all day and I can't submit an issue with the actual order. Frustrating experience all together. Might be a good service for people that would otherwise drive through the auto spin brush type of place, but not a great option for those that know what a good car wash should be

The car washer was scheduled to clean three vehicles today, but unfortunately he took one of the car keys and I kept calling Mobile wash for an hour , could not be reached by phone or email. Additionally, the cleaning of the car was not done to a satisfactory standard. Do not using their service as it is unreliable.

I ordered the clay wax option and the paint had absolutely no wax. It was rough to the touch and water spots everywhere. When I told the washer I didn't believe they waxed it they insisted they did and offered to do it again. This time it suddenly felt waxed, but they damaged the door handle with their buffer. I wanted to like this app but in all honesty I'd rather just hire a retailer directly rather than trust this app to find a nearby washer. You just never know who you are going to get.

I have a Q8 and decided to try it out this car wash. Made an appointment 2 days before and they canceled on me last minute. They redeemed my $10 coupon and gave me a $5 promo code instead. Such bs business that you don't your costumer seriously. Don't get car wash here. Go to Jerry's hand wash in dtla, they are doing a great job!

My success rate in actually getting someone to come and wash my car is currently less than 50%. It is very common to have someone accept the washing job and then cancel, often at the last minute, such that I can't get a replacement. I tip well, I am not demanding, I don't live far away. I don't get it.

Do not pay them, you'll end up having to pay someone else to clean better. I paid extra i paid $53 to get wax i came out they were done and water spots all over my car they said from sprinklers i said my car is always in the garage and i work from home so no... u guys let it dry in the sun didn't you? They said they always clean cars in the sun never an issue.... We'll look at attached pics of my Mercedes' after they "cleaned it and got a wax detail"

From what I've heard they scratch and don't clean cars properly. My "washer" was supposed to show up 8.30am. Over 12 hours later, no one has shown up. No text no calls not even a response to my email. Very unprofessional and unreliable!!

I paid over $80 and they didn't even clean the roof of my car. I tried to email them through the support email that was provided in the email they sent and I got it sent back saying it wasn't valid. Try and find a person owned mobile car wash rather than use these apps. They are a scam.

I recently purchased a brand new car and hired MobileWash to treat my baby right. At first, things were great and I would have recommended them, but after the third wash, I was dismayed to find there were micro scratches all over my new paint job. I wrote to MobileWash explaining my situation and no one responded. In my mind, this meant they were not willing to take responsibility or even acknowledge my situation. Sucky customer service. I'll never use this service again or recommend it to anyone trying to take care of a new car.

Today, Sunday April, 10th, the washer was a over an hour late and when I finally was able to get through on a phone call the person on the line was very rude. I pointed out all the penalties they charge for cancellation and asked for a credit for the inconvenience. Her answer was I could cancel. She didn't care about my business. I have been a customer for several years. The washer did a great job. Just an extremely rude person for customer service.

Constant issues with their app not updating or showing you when the washer arrives. When you tell the customer service representative about it they just tell you it's your fault for not waiting outside for the provider. I'm busy at work, if you're app doesn't notify me of when they arrive how would I know otherwise? No one can just wait outside for 2 hours. Horrible in app experience, should really have better customer service resources to help resolve it

Recently got a wash from one of your workers. I paid extra for the wax but the car was still filthy and did not feel waxed at all. Rims were still extremely dirty and when mentioned he went over them again (with attitude) still dirty after he went over it again. Large black spot on the hood. When mentioned to the "detailer", he said its a scratch. I wiped it off with my finger. How is that waxed? Will never use this app again.

What a rip off. I've used them twice and both times the person who came to wash our cars has done a terrible job. I've purchased the regular car wash and the super deluxe detail, they both left me feeling like I was taken advantage of. Trust me when I say this place is a gimmick, because you can use an app to send someone to you. When I point out spots they missed or glaring issues they claim to not speak English.
