I had such a great experience shopping at Miniso in Hollywood! I bought a few Toy Story-themed toys for my daughter, and she absolutely loves them. The store has a wide selection of fun and high-quality toys at reasonable prices. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire shopping experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for more unique finds

I wish I could give zero stars to customer service. The store itself is so cute and has so many unique things that my kids were amazed at every thing. BUT I have NEVER experienced such disrespect in my life. They shouldn't have a person like that working in a place of customer service. My aunt, my two little kids and I were looking at some merchandise In the aisle. This African American worker was walking towards us and said excuse me and we didn’t hear her the first time. But mind you that there was enough space for her to pass by. She began to not say but yell at my kids and aunt to move. I was so shocked on the situation that happened, I literally had no words. There was no reason for her to yell so loud to move out the away when clearly there was enough space for her to walk by. Maybe I don’t know if she was having a bad shift but that was very unnecessary for her to do. They need to retrain her about how to speak to people because clearly she doesn’t.

Don’t go there if you’re in a wheelchair. I went there with my daughter and the security guard there was insisting on lifting her wheelchair up the 3 steps. I tried to tell him her wheelchair was too heavy and we were not comfortable with it. He just kept trying to lift it. There was literally a ramp sitting right there for him to use. Just like the security guard at Line friends (Who was very nice and professional) used with no problem for us. But I guess this guy just didn’t feel like getting the ramp out and opening it up and putting it down for us. So I just told him that we would come back Later just so we could get the heck out of there. We of course did not go back later. When we were walking to the store, he and another security guard were standing outside of the store talking. they stopped us on the sidewalk to say hi and first I thought they were just being friendly, but they got really aggressive and completely in our personal space hitting on my daughter. We were both completely grossed out and really very disappointed that these security guards were so unprofessional.

It got too expensive plus cashier didn't help finding my points that i could of use for a discount, I also ask cashier to update my account with my new number and she said that wasn't possible and that I have to make a new account and to just remember i had two accounts now..wth!

I bought a wireless mouse for my computer. I go on a trip and notice it doesn't work. I was refused any exchange because I brought it back 2 days too late (9 days instead of 7, excuse me for going away!) and there was nothing they could do for me! thank you to the manager of the miniso store on hollywood boulevard for making me wait 5 minutes to finally refuse me an exchange which would not have cost him much.... You have just lost a customer accustomed to your stores, my friends do not They won't go to your house anymore either after what I told them!In short, avoid purchasing small electronic equipment, it's worthless and we won't do anything for you if it doesn't work, in any case I definitely won't buy anything from them anymore because they haven't made any effort, and I'm received as if they didn't care, which they did. I was sometimes a customer, but then I no longer trusted him, Never again miniso! Finished !
