The worst experience ever, parents please be aware the lady who works scams the little young children and gives them the wrong change when she sees no parent with them. Unfortunately my son stays in an after school program and the teacher takes the whole class after school 10 or more children to the store. The teacher has to make sure none of the students leave and my son of age 6 gave her a 10$ bill for one small single foot by the foot and a little sunny D and she gave him 3$ back I’m not mad she stole a couple dollars from him, I’m mad she feels she can take advantage of young children when no adults are next to them. I called to address the issue and the guy who answer me said “ well it’s your fault for not coming with him “ they didn’t even apologize for giving the wrong change and were extremely rude over the phone.

This store has horrible service!!!! They take advantage of little kids and steal money from them this is not okay, kids who go and buy from you and you’re going to take advantage of them that is so sad, i would never come here ever again!

I've been to Homies now twice: once to pick up a UPS package and once to drop one off. I had a great experience both times. The woman who helped me was super helpful and kind. I didn't purchase anything, but loved the NYC corner bodega vibes. There's also a lot of pretty bomb art inside too. It's pretty conveniently located if you're in Echo Park / Silver Lake, and is v small, which is important during covid so it's not super crowded. Oh yeah, the woman who helped me out was fully masked, too!

Hours day 10-11 and I'm here trying to pick up a package at 10:15 and no one is there and I'm pissed off because I am in a rush AND IF YOUR HOURS SAY THAT BE THERE! ridiculous

This place is sketchy AF, underneath a bridge and it has no address. My amazon tracking said my package was here and i was like wth. So I went, with backup just in case. Turns out they had my package! I guess it's a random place where ups leaves packages. They sure don't sell anything though. 4 stars for not stealing my stuff!
