To Steven the managerThank you so much for canceling my order while my husband is stationed overseas and being so rude to me over the phone. Thank you for ruining my christmas present that i should've gotten. Not only did you clearly make it known that you didn't care to help me but you absolutely made me feel like an inconvenience while trying to pick up my order that i couldn't even get since you cancelled it. I'm very disappointed in Michael Kor's customer service. I bought an expensive pair of women's boots from them at the end of 2022. I didn't really wear them much but the leather started peeling off! They told me they only guarantee them for 90 days and I'm out of that period. They don't stand behind their products. The shoe repair told me that they couldn't really fix them and that I should go back to the manufacturer...so I guess I'm just out of luck. I've had other brands of boots that have lasted with much more wear for years.

This happened just now, im infurIates and disappointed. Just went here, and I feel so incredibly discriminated. Walked in because I just wanted to adjust the links on two watches. Two white employees were in there, gave me the worst up and down look. I asked the balding male employee If they could change the links on both watches because they were too loose for me. He didn't want to do it. He said they needed to verify my purchase to change it because he didn't believe I bought them. The watches were a gift from three years ago I didn't use. My mother bought them from a different store years ago, because she likes their purses. I don't like their watches so I didn't get the links changed for a while because I didn't wear it. This said employee insinuated that I was lying and the watches were fake. I feel he didn't believe me because I'm brown and not dressed in designer clothes head to toe he didn't believe me. He said "these don't look like our boxes" these watches are super old from 3-4 years ago!! I am disgusted by the way I was treated. Im disgusted by this store. I wasn't rude, I just said put my watches back in my bag and left. They're real, if you look up Model numbers on the back of the watch, they come up. I'm so upset right now.

I had a really great experience here when I came to buy my gold watch. The pricing was perfect for me and I look forward to getting another one. I love going to the grove, and this is one of my favorite places to shop and support! Keep up the great work MK!

I went to this location looking for a new shopping bag and they followed my boyfriend and I around the store. I'm Black and he's biracial. It is DISGUSTING the way that this location acted when we were in the store. I REFUSE to support this location. I'll take my money elsewhere.
