This place committed a mistake, placed the wrong item (a cheaper one) on my bag, once I come to return and get the original item for the price I paid. The head manager interrupts and screams at me when I am talking (politely) to the seller, and made me pay the difference after have to come back, I had to take the product on-show (slightly dirty),pay parking and take time out of my vacation because I am leaving tomorrow. The seller made a mistake and is totally understandable, but the manager’s attitude and lack of any kind of human sense is deplorable and totally unacceptable in a location like Michael Kors. Very disappointing on the manager

Really good help in the store! They helped me find so many bags i didn’t know they had. Only criticism is the gift wrapping they left the price tag and didn’t do anything g with the tissue paper. The person opened my gift and it was just a purse sitting on folded untouched tissue paper. :/ and they saw the price tag. They tied the outside up so pretty tho but they fell short

They close at 7PM however they stay at the store until 8 and refuse to open the door and answer, also google says they close at 8!

What a great shopping experience! I came to Beverly Center to do some Christmas shopping for myself the Saturday after Black Friday. There were still so many great sales! I was looking for a new purse and wallet and am a big Michael Kors fan. The staff greeted me with such warmth and told me about the awesome 20% off sale they were having! I was immediately helped by this awesome sales associate Chris! I browsed and looked all kind kind of goodies. I ended up with a beautiful bag and matching wallet. This is now my go to Michael Kors store! Chris is so knowledgeable and fashionable, I'd totally trust his recommendations and suggestions!

I really love their bags and shoes! I have a whole collection going on in my closet, however I just felt that the service at this location was less than desirable. I along with my two sisters were followed around the store during the entire duration of our visit here. It was no matter that my sister and I were sporting two new MK backpacks, she stayed arm's length away, even going so far as to ignoring other customers to make sure, I assume, that we did not "steal". Very disappointed.
