Melanie is the most kindest, beautiful, wonderful, kind, and professional sales supervisor at Michael Kors. I will continue to come back to this store just because of Melanie and of course the most beautiful fashions. Thank you God for introducing me to her!! She was patient and honest about the perfect styles for me.

Associates were cold and robotic. Also didn’t like the line of questioning when I brought an online order in store to return. Felt as though I was defending myself from suspicions of fraud. If you’re having issues of fraud, deal with it internally in your system. Not by making customers uncomfortable.

The customer service at the store is appalling. The man working on Tuesday, 6/25 at 12:30pm is the rudest sales associate I’ve ever encountered. I was ignored for 8 minutes as I patiently waited at the register to make a return, then not even a greeting or thanking you for waiting. I was the only customer in the store during this time as well. PHe is so unfriendly, he told me to “make sure to put the correct credit card in, if you use the wrong card for your return that’s on you.” I will not be visiting this location ever again.

I had a really great experience at this store. The item I was looking for was not available in nearby Michael Kors stores. This is 22 miles away from me so I called to inquire about the item’s availability. Melanie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. She doesn’t pressure you to buy and makes sure you’re happy with your purchase. I was extremely satisfied with the quality, style, and price of the jacket I bought. I highly recommend this store for the excellent customer service I received.

Best Michael Kors store in Los Angeles!! Everyone is super nice and attentive here. They always take back returns and help me make exchanges unlike the stupid location at the Del amo mall in Torrance!! If you want to be treated right and have a wonderful shopping experience come here! The store manager Monica is awesome, she knows how to form a relationship with a customer to keep them coming back!! This is the only MK store I will be going too!

good Afternoon, I am writing Michael Kors in regards to your wonderful and absolutely outstanding store reps at Santa Monica Ca and in Honolulu HI. I ordered a Lydia soft pink bag on the MK site and received a cancellation email not in stock I was desperate and had to have this bag, I went to MK stores and 4 Macy's and no one had it. I called the Santa Monica store and Jose went above and beyond to find this purse for me he is absolutely wonderful he did not hesitate to help me when he found the bag in Hawaii he called me back and let me know he found it. Then your wonderful Rep Chae-Lee in HI sent me a link and I paid for it . I received my bag today and I am so happy I could cry this purse was absolutely made for me and It would not have happened if it were not for Jose and Chae-Lee. I hope you all send them to dinner or a nice gift on there check they have made me one of the most happiest MK shoppers ever. Today I have purchased two more purses I am and will always be a MK girl because of your wonderful and professional Reps Jose and Chae-Lee. Please let them know I thank them with all my heart and I hope all of your employees are like Jose and Chae_Lee .. Thank you all so very much
