I purchased a phone yesterday.Needed to charge my phone today. I looked in the box and there was no charger. On top of that I tried calling and the phone just kept ringing. No one answered ?. I have a ruptured tendon and can not keep going there. Such an inconvenience. Especially when I thought I was in good hands. Go somewhere else!! girl name was CATIE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I'm still dealing with it smh!!!

Horrible Experience! I recently visited Metro PCS because they did not waive my activation fee. I asked them why they charged my credit card if they waived it. The employees said they didn’t know and couldn’t do anything about it. Unbelievable. They were the same people I met when I signed up for my lines. Then why in the first place did they mention the waive. I didn’t like their attitude, and it made me feel like the customer did something wrong instead.

I used to go the other location bc it was near by and then found this store and visited to get my warranty, the original location that i used to go was kept telling that they can’t help me because have a scratch.. or talk to corporate? And didn’t help me. But this place tried their best to call their customer service and ask if i still can get warranty even tho i had a scratch and replaced it for me. Also the girls are all nice here :) i will just stay with this location
