Everytime I have a problem with my phone or tablet I know they will help me , like today I went cause my tablet had No service but my phone did SO , I went down there and explained the problem to them she found the problem Immediately And It Was My Fault ???? She Was So Courteous And Helpful All The People That Work There Are ! ??????? Absolutely A #12 For Customer Service ! Yay ! She Saved The Day !

Never open when they are supposed to be. When they are, horrible customer service. Unfriendly employees. I dont think they understand what their job is. This place should be closed down.
