The woman who works there doesn't even know what she sells, she wanted to charge me almost 500 dollars for a phone. I just got pcs from Makartur Park in the metro for 100, I checked on the internet, it's true it's 100. What nonsense of this woman, I don't recommend this place

Very satisfied with metroPCS. I have 2 phones that they gave me when I changed with them. I pay 80 dollars per month. and I have everything unlimited with international calls included, and 15 gb of hotspot to share on each cell phone also give me access to an Amazon Prime account at no additional cost, and a Google One account with 100 gb. I already have 5 years with them and I still paying the same 80 dollars

I saw everyone's reviews and I do not agree with none of them I like this store I like the people that work in the store they're very helpful Yes they're busy and yes you do need to wait most of the time but they help you and that's what I like about them. they're very nice and their customer service is to me perfect... ?

Kinda late on my review, but not too long ago I came to this location to switch companies. Had some issues switching but both Luis and Vanessa were extremely helpful and patient with me. They both went out of their to help me and gave amazing service. Happy I came there that day, and they were there. If it weren't for them I wouldn't have gotten a new phone in time for my trip out town. Can't thank them enough.

I needed to switch phone carriers but arrived unprepared. Vanessa was the store associate the helped me through the process. She is professional and highly personable, and I can't thank her enough for helping me with this! Again, thank you Vanessa and Luis for your exceptional service and making everyone in the store feel welcome! Will definitely be coming back to this location :)

I was able to get my address changed/updated for my account, but the front desk woman, Briseyda, was really rude. When I asked questions she became increasingly condescending and repeatedly in tone was speaking to me as if I was inconveniencing her. A manager needs to speak to her about customer service etiquette. Thank you.

Since T-Mobile jointed metro, T-Mobil quality service went down, their internet is too slow even though we pay for an expensive plan. They shouldn't blend these companies. I had Metro and, left it for T-Mobile because they were better before the fusion...too bad.
